 As Head of GRC, you will serve as the most senior governance, risk, and compliance professional within the organisation and will act as a strategic partner to the C-suite and board whilst establishing a culture of risk awareness and regulatory excellence. You will own the enterprise-wide GRC framework, drive regulatory relationships, and ensure the firm operates within all it's applicable local and international regulatory obligations.

 12+ years in GRC, risk, or compliance within financial services
 </li>
 <li>
 Senior leadership background at a hedge fund, asset manager, investment bank, or institutional investor
 </li>
 <li>
 Track record building or transforming GRC functions
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong knowledge of international standards
 </li>
 <li>
 Relevant professional qualification: ICA, ACAMS, CFA, or legal background
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional stakeholder and board-level communication skills
 </li>
