Position Overview</b></div>
<p>We are seeking a detail-driven <b>Assistant </b>to support our established Owner Relations Managers and assigned territories. This role is primarily focused on <b>data entry, account maintenance, and administrative support</b>, ensuring all property, owner, and reservation information is accurate, up-to-date, and organized.</p>
<p>This is a critical behind-the-scenes position that helps keep operations running smoothly and supports the success of our owner-facing team.</p>
<p></p><div><b>Key Responsibilities</b></div>
<ul><li>Accurately enter and maintain property, reservation, and owner data across internal systems</li><li>
Support Owner Relations Managers with day-to-day administrative tasks</li><li>
Audit listings and accounts to ensure accuracy across platforms (Airbnb, VRBO, internal systems, etc.)</li><li>
Update pricing, availability, and property details as directed</li><li>
Assist with onboarding new properties, including data setup and system entry</li><li>
Monitor and correct discrepancies in calendars, rates, and reservation details</li><li>
Maintain organized digital records and documentation</li><li>
Communicate internally with team members to resolve data or system issues</li><li>
Assist with reporting and basic performance tracking as needed</li></ul>

Comfortable working with spreadsheets, data systems, and multiple platforms</li><li>
Highly organized with the ability to manage repetitive tasks efficiently</li><li>
Strong written and verbal communication skills</li><li>
Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines consistently</li><li>
Previous experience in data entry, administrative support, or hospitality/property management is a plus</li></ul>
