 What You Will Do
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deliver Cisco Advanced Services across Voice, Video, and Collaboration technologies, including design, installation, and proactive day‑2 support within large enterprise environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Work closely with customers and cross‑functional Cisco teams&mdash;Project Managers, Sales, Systems Engineers&mdash;to ensure seamless service delivery.
 </li>
 <li>
 Produce high‑quality customer documentation such as High‑Level Designs (HLDs), Low‑Level Designs (LLDs), and test plans across the full Collaboration portfolio.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead design workshops and provide consultancy to customers, translating requirements into robust UC implementations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support complex migrations, including after‑hours or weekend work when required.
 </li>
 <li>
 Adapt quickly in a fast‑paced environment, contributing to new solution development and cross‑architecture engineering initiatives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot migration and deployment challenges, assisting customers with related tools and network management systems.
 </li>
 <li>
 Understand complex design concepts and deliver the right solutions with confidence and clarity.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Minimum Qualifications
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent experience.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands‑on experience with Cisco Collaboration technologies such as Unified CM, Expressway‑C/E, CMS, IP Phones, Video Endpoints, and CUBE.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of IP communications protocols: SIP, H.323, XML, HTTP, REST APIs, RTP.
 </li>
 <li>
 Solid foundation in TCP/IP, QoS, and IP communications network design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong documentation skills (LLDs, implementation plans, test documents, migration plans).
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent communication and customer‑facing skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and diagnostic abilities.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to learn new technologies quickly and adapt to evolving environments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cisco Collaboration CCNP certification.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 Highly Desirable Skills
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Experience with additional Cisco Collaboration components: Cisco Contact Center, Webex Nodes, Webex Services.
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in audio/video technologies: streaming, recording, video standards, mixers, adapters.
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with video editing tools for post‑production.
 </li>
 <li>
 Programming knowledge: Python, JSON, JavaScript, HTML.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with Microsoft AD, Exchange, SSO.
 </li>
 <li>
 Cisco Collaboration CCIE certification
 </li>
 </ul>
