Job Title &ndash; Graphic DesignerReporting to &ndash; Creative HeadLocation &ndash; MumbaiKey Responsibilities:&middot; Responsible for creating an overall concept and aesthetic that will capture the attention of your guests, enhance the ambience, and create a memorable experience by weaving different elements &ndash; visuals, audios and experience together in harmony.&middot; Oversee the planning, design, and decoration for an event. Handle varying responsibilities assigned by client or employer in an effective way.&middot; Work within the venue space available to plan the decor and layout of the event space.&middot; Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and client preferences. Incorporate feedback and contribute to a cohesive event aesthetic.&middot; Designs print and digital products including digital graphics, event materials, corporate collateral, presentation materials/templates as well as illustrative materials like iconography using the latest software to develop innovative digital and print experiences that meet the client&rsquo;s requirement.<ul><li>Stay updated on design trends and technologies relevant to the industry. Continuously curates, grows, and updates our graphics library, including templates and core assets.</li></ul>&middot; Helps to brainstorm creative ways we can raise its visibility with core audiences and grow website traffic, email subscribers, and social media followers.&middot; Works with agency and internal stakeholders for proofs for printing or digital execution, reviewing proofs, and distributing to relevant internal clients.&middot; Work both independently and collaboratively with the creative and operations team when required.&middot; Quickly adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines. Wherever possible schedule projects based on priority to balance the workload, which might include multiple simultaneous projects.&middot; Study existing visuals, identify flaws, and create solutions to improve design capabilities.Qualification &amp; Work Experience:1. Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in graphic design or relevant discipline2. 2-4 years&rsquo; experience in design (academic + professional)3. Experience designing for the events Industry4. Must have design experience with Adobe, Photoshop, Illustration.5. Exceptional, innovative design skills to produce error-free work in a fast-paced environment.6. Ability to communicate creative concepts &amp; designs clearly and effectively to the clients, internal teams and external teams.7. Excellent communication and presentation skills8. Time-management and multi-tasking skills for meeting deadlines9. Proficiency in video editing and animation is a plus.10. Must provide a portfolio of visually compelling samples demonstrating user-centered design and cohesive design systems.Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;50,000.00 - &#8377;125,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
