Key Responsibilities:&#61623; Develop and execute effective purchasing strategies to ensure optimal cost, quality,and delivery timelines.&#61623; Lead, mentor, and manage the purchasing team to meet departmental andorganizational objectives.&#61623; Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers, ensuring favorable pricing,terms, and service levels.&#61623; Analyze market trends, pricing, and supplier performance to identify cost-savingopportunities and mitigate risks.&#61623; Ensure strict compliance with company policies, procurement procedures, andregulatory requirements.&#61623; Collaborate with internal departments (such as Production, Finance, and Operations)to forecast procurement needs.&#61623; Evaluate supplier capabilities and develop long-term, strategic supplier partnerships.&#61623; Prepare and present periodic reports on procurement performance, cost savings,and vendor efficiency to senior leadership.Qualifications:&#61623; Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or arelated field.&#61623; Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with at least 3 yearsin a leadership/managerial role.&#61623; Demonstrated success in strategic negotiations, vendor development, and costoptimization.&#61623; Proficient in procurement software, ERP systems, and data analysis tools.&#61623; Strong understanding of supply chain principles, contract law, and market dynamics.Key Skills:&#61623; Strategic Planning &amp;amp; Execution&#61623; Strong Negotiation &amp;amp; Persuasion&#61623; Supplier/Vendor Relationship Management&#61623; Market Research &amp;amp; Trend Analysis&#61623; Budgeting &amp;amp; Cost Control&#61623; Team Leadership &amp;amp; Development&#61623; Analytical Thinking &amp;amp; Problem Solving&#61623; Excellent Verbal and Written CommunicationJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;60,000.00 - &#8377;70,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Purchase head: 5 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Nariman Point, Mumbai, Maharashtra (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
