About the Role:We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Operations &amp; Logistics Executive. The role involves managing data entry, customer communication, shipment coordination, and documentation for our seafood export business.Key Responsibilities:Maintain order and shipment data accurately in our internal systemsCoordinate with customers, freight forwarders, and cold storages on shipment statusPrepare export documentation (invoice, packing list, COA, B/L instructions, etc.)Track shipments and ensure timely communication with customers and partnersSupport logistics scheduling and handle day-to-day operational tasksRequirements:Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Commerce, Logistics, or related field preferred)1&ndash;3 years of experience in logistics, documentation, or customer serviceStrong communication and email skills in EnglishProficiency in MS Excel and general computer operationsOrganized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks independentlyWhat We Offer:A professional and supportive work environmentOpportunity to grow within a global seafood export businessCompetitive salary based on experienceJob Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;32,000.00 - &#8377;33,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
