Roles &amp; Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>Design, plan, and execute 3&ndash;4 monthly webinars focused on industry trends, customer pain points, and</li></ul><div>
 director-level conversations.</div><ul><li>Ensure the topic selection aligns with People10&rsquo;s IT services and strategic focus areas.</li><li>Work cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and marketing teams to build strong narratives and event themes.</li><li>Own all logistics, such as the platform (GoToWebinar, Zoom Webinar, or Zoho Webinar), communication with</li></ul><div>
 registrations, reminders, speaker dry-runs, technical rehearsals, and live coordination.</div><ul><li>Develop and manage content assets, including design creatives and presentation decks.</li><li>Drive engagement using polls, Q&amp;As, offers, and post-event follow-ups via email or LinkedIn.</li><li>Track performance and share analytics: registration-to-attendance ratio, audience engagement, quality of leads,</li></ul><div>
 and contribution to the pipeline.</div><ul><li>Continuously improve based on feedback, benchmarks, and business objectives.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
Must have skills:</b></div><div></div><ul><li><br>
3&ndash;5 years of experience managing webinars, virtual events, or enterprise-level workshops. A background in B2B</li></ul><div>
 or IT services is a plus.</div><ul><li>Strong coordination, communication, and presentation skills&mdash;you'll regularly work with directors, technical</li></ul><div>
 experts, and external stakeholders.</div><ul><li>A business mindset&mdash;you can connect the dots between webinar topics, lead generation, and customer interest.</li><li>Proficient in tools like Zoom/GoToWebinars, (or CRM/marketing automation platforms), and Google</li></ul><p>
 Slides/PowerPoint.</p><ul><li>Comfortable planning, owning timelines, and making real-time decisions during live sessions.</li></ul><p><b>
Good to have skills:</b></p><ul><li>Experience in IT services or SaaS domain.</li><li>Experience with Quora/Reddit or guest post partnerships.</li><li>Exposure to content creation or visual storytelling.</li></ul><div></div><div><b><br>
