Experience = 6 To 8 Years The SAP Emarsys Consultant is responsible for implementing, configuring, and optimizing SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement solutions to enhance customer experience and support marketing automation initiatives. The role involves close collaboration with business stakeholders, marketing teams, and technical teams to integrate Emarsys with SAP Commerce, SAP Marketing Cloud, or other enterprise systems.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Implement and configure SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement platform for personalized marketing and automation.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and CRM teams to design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, SMS, push, web).</li><li>Manage data integration between SAP Emarsys and other SAP modules (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Customer Data Cloud).</li><li>Develop and manage customer journeys, segmentation, and automation workflows.</li><li>Ensure smooth integration through APIs, connectors, or SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI).</li><li>Support data mapping, cleansing, and synchronization to maintain data quality across systems.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance and generate analytics reports to optimize marketing strategies.</li><li>Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Emarsys solutions.</li><li>Stay updated on SAP CX (Customer Experience) suite enhancements and Emarsys product updates.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.</li><li>6 &ndash; 8years of experience in SAP Emarsys implementation or support.</li><li>Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM, and campaign management concepts.</li><li>Experience with SAP CX stack (e.g., SAP Commerce Cloud, SAP Marketing Cloud) preferred.</li><li>Hands-on experience with API integration, webhooks, and data models.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL, HTML, JavaScript, or related technologies for customization.</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.</li></ul>Preferred Qualifications:<ul><li>SAP Certified Application Associate &ndash; SAP Emarsys Customer Engagement certification.</li><li>Experience in e-commerce or retail marketing automation.</li><li>Familiarity with data privacy and consent management (GDPR, CCPA).</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;94,000.00 - &#8377;99,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Work from home</li></ul>Work Location: Remote
