 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 
 &bull; Serve as the main HR point of contact for project-based employees
 
 
 &bull; Oversee onboarding and employee lifecycle processes
 
 
 &bull; Lead wellbeing initiatives aligned with organizational values
 
 
 &bull; Support performance management and annual review cycles
 
 
 &bull; Partner with managers on learning and development needs
 
 
 &bull; Ensure compliance with HR policies and Saudi labor laws
 
 
 &bull; Prepare reports, data summaries, and key project communications

 Ideal Candidate Profile:
 
 
 
 ✔️ Proven experience in an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist role
 
 
 ✔️ In-depth knowledge of
 
 Saudi Labor Law
 
 and employment practices
 
 
 ✔️ Experience working in construction, engineering, or real estate sectors
 
 
 ✔️ Strong interpersonal and advisory skills at all organizational levels
 
 
 ✔️ Degree-qualified in HR or related field (CIPD or similar preferred)
 
 
 ✔️ Comfortable working with HRIS platforms &ndash; Oracle knowledge is a plus

 Finance Operations Manager with strong hospitality experience

 Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs)

 📌 Key Responsibilities
 
 <ul>

 Develop and refine corporate finance policies and processes to support strategic goals.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead budgeting and operational financial planning across the organization.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assess funding requirements and manage financial risk exposure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee corporate financing activities and ensure robust reporting to stakeholders.
 </li>
 <li>
 Evaluate capital structure and recommend suitable funding options for ongoing projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage with financiers and lead equity and debt raising efforts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with Legal on service-level agreements and covenant compliance.
 </li>
 <li>
 Set KPIs, monitor departmental performance, and drive continuous improvement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Build, empower, and lead a high-performing finance team with a culture of innovation and accountability.
 </li>
 <li>
 Oversee
 
 Special Purpose Vehicles (SPVs)
 
 linked to hospitality operations.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 🧠 What We&rsquo;re Looking For
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field (Master&rsquo;s preferred).
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional certifications such as SOCPA, CPA, or ACCA are a plus.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 12+ years of experience in a finance leadership role
 
 , ideally within large-scale or PIF-related projects.
 </li>
 <li>
 
 Essential: Strong background in the hospitality sector
 
 , particularly in managing SPVs.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English (required).
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong expertise in financial planning, corporate finance, risk management, and capital markets.
 </li>
 <li>
 Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial tools.
 </li>
 </ul>
