Shift: Monday-Friday 8:30AM-4PM

Will help lead and execute digital marketing efforts through integrated campaigns that drive brand awareness, engagement, and measurable growth across digital channels. This position is both strategic and hands-on as well as creative and operational.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
<ul>
<li>Management of the social media monthly calendar, and the day-to-day digital marketing activities of the agency and its affiliated partners</li>
<li>Create, curate and schedule content across multiple platforms utilizing Hootsuite</li>
<li>Observe social media posts and comments and respond according to agency policy</li>
<li>Develop social advertising strategies to drive both organic and paid/boosted growth and actions</li>
<li>Design engaging graphics for social media, and other digital content using Adobe products</li>
<li>Must have experience with filming, producing and editing video and photo content</li>
<li>Repurpose blog content and brand graphics for digital channels to support agency programs and initiatives</li>
<li>Conceptualize and shepherd brand identity, awareness and consistency across all departments of the organization</li>
<li>Attend agency and other events to photograph and/or video activities and share to digital channels</li>
<li>Understand and monitor digital marketing industry trends, technical advances and requirements to maximize the relevancy of all digital platforms</li>
<li>Develop a comprehensive view of digital marketing effectiveness, using multiple data sources, analyzing and preparing reports to guide strategic decision-making.</li>
<li>Create ads, emails and other marketing/communications within the FeathR platform</li>
<li>Assist the Marketing and Communications team on projects, as needed</li>
</ul><ul><li>Comply with all agency policies and procedures.</li>
<li>Other duties as assigned.</li>
<li>Requires occasional nights and weekends and periodic travel between program locations, including Buffalo, Rochester and surrounding areas.</li>
</ul>
 MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>At least 6 years&rsquo; experience developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy</li>
<li>A Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, or equivalent degree</li>
<li>Extensive hands-on expertise across major platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong experience with paid social media, including campaign management and optimization</li>
<li>Demonstrated experience with social media management platforms, preferably Hootsuite</li>
<li>Strong understanding of social analytics tools (including Google, Meta and other platform analytics) to monitor user behavior, assess campaign efficacy and drive strategy</li>
<li>Proficiency working within the Adobe Creative Cloud</li>
<li>Experience working with Hootsuite and FeathR, or similar digital marketing platforms preferred</li>
<li>Proficiency creating and editing video for social media</li>
<li>Must possess a valid driver&rsquo;s license</li>
<li>Proven ability to communicate with tact, clarity, and accuracy.</li>
<li>Excellent writing and proofreading skills</li>
