We&rsquo;re Hiring: Executive AssistantLocation: Taguig Work Setup: Onsite Shift: Day shiftWe&rsquo;re looking for a highly organized and competitive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate has a strong background in executive-level coordination and experience working with global stakeholders.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Provide end-to-end executive support including calendar management, travel arrangements, and meeting coordination.</li><li>Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with discretion and accuracy.</li><li>Serve as a primary point of contact for local and global stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.</li><li>Coordinate logistics for executive meetings, events, and business trips.</li><li>Track and follow up on key deliverables, deadlines, and priorities.</li><li>Support office operations and assist with special projects as needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>At least 5-7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a multinational or corporate environment.</li><li>Proven experience supporting global teams.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong attention to detail.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and virtual collaboration tools.</li><li>Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities under pressure.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: Php80,000.00 - Php100,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Company events</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li></ul>Education:<ul><li>Bachelor's (Required)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Executive Assistant: 7 years (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
