Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan, supervise, and monitor the erection, installation, and commissioning of EHV substation equipment (220kV/132kV/33kV).</li><li>Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems, protection relays, transformers, switchgear, and associated equipment.</li><li>Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, quality guidelines, and project specifications.</li><li>Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities.</li><li>Prepare and maintain technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates.</li><li>Identify and resolve technical issues during site execution.</li><li>Supervise site teams and ensure timely completion of project milestones.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering.</li><li>Minimum 5&ndash;10+ years of experience in EHV substation projects.</li><li>Strong knowledge of erection, testing, and commissioning of substation equipment.</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills.</li><li>Ability to lead site teams and manage contractors.</li><li>Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;30,000.00 - &#8377;35,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>132/33kv: 6 years (Required)</li><li>EHV substation equipment.: 6 years (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
