 &bull; Investigating and resolving compliance breaches promptly.
 
 
 &bull; Implement technology solutions to enhance compliance efficiency and scalability.
 
 
 &bull; Drive continuous improvement in operational processes and controls.
 
 
 &bull; Prepare and distribute compliance reports to investors, trustees, boards, and rating agencies.
 
 
 &bull; Interpret and code complex investment guidelines and deal documentation for accurate monitoring.
 
 
 &bull; Act as a key liaison between portfolio managers, trustees, legal counsel, rating agencies, and service providers.
 
 
 &bull; Collaborate with Portfolio Management, Legal &amp; Compliance, and Operations teams to resolve issues.
 
 
 &bull; Manage and mentor compliance professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
 
 
 &bull; Lead audit preparation and regulatory reviews.
 
 
 &bull; Monitor regulatory changes and update compliance programs accordingly.
 
 
 &bull; Oversee data governance and reconciliation across investment strategies

 Key Responsibilities:

 Monitor and manage CA7/mainframe batch schedules
 </li>
 <li>
 Analyze job performance, SLAs, and processing metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Troubleshoot job failures, reruns, dependencies &amp; runtime issues
 </li>
 <li>
 Support automation tools, reporting, and operational dashboards
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate with production teams during go-lives, conversions &amp; BC activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Work across mainframe and distributed environments
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Required Experience:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2&ndash;4 years in IT Operations / Mainframe Batch / CA7 scheduling
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with CA7 / BMC / IBM scheduling tools
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong understanding of batch processing, JCL basics &amp; performance tuning
 </li>
 <li>
 Good analytical, communication &amp; multitasking skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable with
 
 24/7 rotational shifts
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 This role supports mainframe and distributed production operations by analyzing job performance, creating business metric reports, optimizing batch schedules, and maintaining automation tools. The analyst proactively identifies performance issues, supports new system go-lives, ensures smooth production processing, and assists with Business Continuity activities.
