 Role Overview:
 
 
 
 We are hiring a
 
 Senior Strategic Internal Communications Advisor
 
 to support the
 
 COO&rsquo;s Office
 
 within the
 
 Global Technology / Global Digital Center (GTC/GDC)
 
 . This is a
 
 senior internal communications role
 
 , focused on elevating GTC/GDC visibility globally and enabling effective leadership communication.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead global internal communications and positioning for GTC/GDC
 </li>
 <li>
 Act as a trusted communications advisor to
 
 CXO and senior leadership
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Create and execute communication plans aligned with the COO&rsquo;s office
 </li>
 <li>
 Draft leadership communications, internal newsletters, campaigns, and key messages
 </li>
 <li>
 Shape and communicate the
 
 Global Digital Center narrative
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Drive global engagement programs across
 
 US, APAC, and EMEA
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Partner with global/regional leaders and content/design teams
 </li>
 <li>
 Represent GTC/GDC in global leadership forums and initiatives
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Requirements:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 
 13+ years of experience in Internal Communications
 
 (not marketing)
 </li>
 <li>
 Mandatory experience working closely with
 
 CXO / leadership teams
 
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong exposure to
 
 global communications
 
 across multiple regions
 </li>
 <li>
 Exceptional written and verbal communication skills (
 
 non-negotiable
 
 )
 </li>
 <li>
 Expertise in leadership communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to operate with maturity, autonomy, and strategic judgment
 </li>
