Legal Documentation &amp; Advisory<ul><li>Draft, review, and vet loan agreements, sanction letters, security documents, MOUs, and notices.</li><li>Provide legal opinions on loan proposals, title issues, and enforceability of security.</li><li>Ensure legal documentation complies with applicable laws and RBI/NBFC regulations.</li></ul>2. Recovery &amp; Litigation Management<ul><li>Handle recovery-related legal actions including SARFAESI, arbitration, and civil/criminal cases (as applicable).</li><li>Draft and issue legal notices for overdue, default, and NPA accounts.</li><li>Coordinate with advocates, recovery agents, and courts/tribunals.</li><li>Track case status and maintain litigation MIS.</li></ul>3. Property &amp; Title Due Diligence<ul><li>Conduct legal due diligence of property documents for mortgage / housing / LAP loans.</li><li>Verify title deeds, ECs, approvals, and agreements.</li><li>Identify legal risks and recommend corrective measures.</li></ul>4. Regulatory &amp; Compliance Support<ul><li>Support compliance with RBI guidelines, NBFC laws, and internal SOPs.</li><li>Assist in audits, inspections, and regulatory submissions.</li><li>Maintain proper legal records and documentation for audit purposes.</li></ul>5. Internal Coordination &amp; Training<ul><li>Advise business, credit, and operations teams on legal matters.</li><li>Provide legal training and guidance to branch staff on documentation and recovery processes.</li><li>Support policy drafting and updates.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: ₹15,511.59 - ₹20,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
