 Position: Contact Center Representative II (Indianola Location)
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify customers and provide accurate, professional service to ensure security and operational integrity
 </li>
 <li>
 Engage customers to understand needs and recommend appropriate bank products and services
 </li>
 <li>
 Open, close, and maintain consumer and business accounts, including checking, savings, CDs, IRAs, HSAs, and online banking
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain strong product knowledge and actively cross‑sell bank and subsidiary products
 </li>
 <li>
 Monitor and respond to messages in the main voice mailbox
 </li>
 <li>
 Escalate sensitive or complex situations to the appropriate Officer as needed
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Additional Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Balance cash drawer and assist with vault accuracy as assigned
 </li>
 <li>
 Support special projects, reports, and serve as departmental backup when needed
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High School Diploma or GED required
 </li>
 <li>
 One year of banking, receptionist, or call center experience preferred
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong customer service orientation with a professional and positive attitude
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable working for extended periods on the phone
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multitask and manage frequent interruptions
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new systems quickly
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to assist customers both in person and over the phone with accuracy and professionalism
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Schedule
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Regular shift 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
 </li>
 <li>
 Saturday rotation from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
 
 
 </li>

 Compensation

 Pay range: $18.77 - $20.86/hr (based on previous banking experience)
