Position Summary

This role leads financial analysis, planning, and performance management across Pep Boys store network. The Sr. Manager, FP&amp;A is responsible for developing and maintaining store-level P&amp;L reporting, analyzing financial performance across stores and regions, and identifying opportunities to improve profitability.

The role partners closely with Store Operations, Real Estate, Commercial Finance, and Corporate FP&amp;A to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive improved store performance. This position also supports strategic initiatives including store portfolio analysis, occupancy and real estate analytics, profitability improvement initiatives, and executive reporting.

The Sr. Manager will help establish standardized financial reporting frameworks and develop scalable analytical tools to support decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
<ul>
<li>Analyze financial performance of individual stores and regions, including revenue, gross margin, labor, occupancy, and other operating costs. Identify trends, performance variances, and opportunities to improve store-level profitability.</li>
<li>Design, maintain, and enhance standardized store-level P&amp;L reporting to support operational decision-making and executive visibility into store profitability.</li>
<li>Develop financial models and scenario analyses to support business decisions including store performance improvement initiatives, pricing strategies, labor optimization, and investment decisions.</li>
<li>Support real estate strategy through analysis of occupancy costs, lease structures, and store-level profitability. Partner with Real Estate leadership to evaluate store performance relative to rent and occupancy investment.</li>
<li>Support the annual planning process and monthly forecasting cycles for store-level financial performance. Provide variance analysis versus budget and forecast to identify key drivers of performance.</li>
<li>Develop dashboards and key performance indicators to monitor store performance, including operational and financial metrics. Provide analysis and insights for executive leadership and operational partners.</li>
<li>Extract and analyze financial and operational data from multiple systems to support ad hoc analysis and decision support for finance and operations leadership.</li>
</ul>
Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>8-10 years of Technical Skills required</li>
<li>1-3 years of Management experience required</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field required.</li>
<li>Strong understanding of financial statements including income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.</li>
<li>Experience with financial planning and analysis in a multi-location retail or service environment preferred.</li>
<li>Advanced expertise in Excel and financial modeling.</li>
<li>Experience working with financial reporting systems and business intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) preferred.</li>
<li>Knowledge of operational finance concepts including labor productivity, margin management, and cost structure analysis.</li>

<li>This role may manage and develop financial analysts supporting store-level financial analysis and reporting. Responsibilities include coaching, prioritizing analytical workstreams, and ensuring high-quality financial insights are delivered to business partners.</li>

Position Summary

The IT Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role partners with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure projects align with organizational goals and follow established project management standards.

Education and Experience
<ul>
<li>5+ years of Technology based project management experience leading medium to large enterprise programs.</li>
<li>Bachelor's degree in STEM, Supply Chain, or Project Management</li>
<li>Previous experience implementing technology solutions in large organizations.</li>
<li>Experience in Agile / Kanban process and familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).</li>
<li>Experience executing and coordinating integration, system, regression, and user-acceptance testing.</li>
<li>Familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).</li>
</ul>
Preferred:
<ul><li>Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or SAFe)</li>
<li>Experience working in Agile and hybrid delivery environments</li>
<li>Experience managing vendors and third-party partners</li>
<li>Familiarity with security concepts, including roles, domains, and business process security</li>
<li>Experience in managing ERP and Supply Chain (including but not limited to Finance, HR modules) along with ERP best practices and ERP Change Management</li>
<li>3+ years of experience with service and/or retail technologies.</li>
