<div>The Communications Specialist is responsible for elevating Peppermill&rsquo;s prestige across advertising goals, social media management and implementing digital marketing strategies.
Duties:<ul>
<li>
Create compelling content to include social media posts, story reels, graphics and video that aligns with company vision and captivates diverse audiences.</li>
<li>Research, write and edit feature articles and stories for magazines and publications.</li>
<li>Develop and manage social media strategies, content calendars and advertising campaigns.</li>
<li>Update and maintain company website to ensure accuracy, relevance and user engagement.</li>
<li>Build and maintain relationships across social media platforms.</li>
<li>Coordinate with press opportunities; drafting press releases and external communications.</li>
<li>Monitor and analyze campaign performance using reporting and analytics tools to provide insight and recommendations for future strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with internal teams to design integrated communications which promote Peppermill&rsquo;s offers and maintain brand identity.</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:<ul>
<li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in communications, journalism, marketing, public relations or a related field.</li>
<li>Four or more years&rsquo; experience in communications, digital marketing and/or public relations.</li>
<li>Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid search campaigns.</li>
<li>Proficient with analytical tools such as Google Analytics or Data Studio.</li>
<li>Familiar with CMS platforms and SEO best practices.</li>
<li>Competent with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva or comparable design tools.</li>
<li>Exceptional writing, editing and storytelling skills.</li>
<li>Excellent interpersonal skills and experience building a range of strong working relationships.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and project management skills with the ability the manage multiple priorities.</li></ul></div>
