Pepsi Bottling Ventures is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic B to join our team!

Maintenance Mechanic B Role Overview
Oversees and performs repairs on production facility equipment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
<ul><li>Performs mechanical preventative and repair maintenance on all production equipment following written work order scheduling and verbal instructions from the maintenance manager.
</li><li>Troubleshoot, maintain, and resolve issues related to the DC equipment and controls.
</li><li>Understand and troubleshoot any issues related to the electrical phases systems.
</li><li>Perform equipment installation and welding.
</li><li>Records work done on forms provided.
</li><li>Follows OSHA and company safety guidelines.
</li><li>Identifies parts needed and maintains an inventory of parts in the stockroom.
</li><li>Performs equipment changeovers.
</li><li>Other duties as assigned.
</li></ul>Required Qualifications
<ul><li>High school diploma or GED and three (3) years industrial maintenance experience.
</li><li>One (1) to three (3) years PLC troubleshooting experience.
</li><li>One (1) to three (3) years of experience with electrical &ndash; such as Three Phase.
</li><li>Maintenance troubleshooting experience.
</li><li>Three (3) years of Manufacturing Maintenance experience.
</li><li>One (1) to two (2) years&rsquo; experience with pneumatics.
</li><li>Knowledge of Fabricating, Electrical, Pneumatics, Welding and Rigging.
</li><li>Must be able to troubleshoot equipment problems.
</li><li>Fluent Troubleshooting Techniques.
</li><li>Good Machine Shop skills.
</li><li>Good oral and written communication skills.
</li><li>Must be able to work hours necessary to complete assigned tasks.
