Immediate Opening for a Full-Time Loss Prevention Officer
Job Description:<ul><li>Identify and Apprehend Shoplifters through floor patrol and the use of Closed Circuit TV Cameras</li><li>Report Writing</li><li>Interacting with local Law Enforcement as needed</li><li>Provide Courtroom Testimony as required</li></ul>
Job Requirement:<ul><li>Pre-Employment Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening</li><li>Ability to sit, stand, and walk for up to 3-4 hours at a time</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Ability to read, write and speak English proficiently</li><li>Ability to communicate clearly and accurately through verbal and written means</li><li>Ability to write legible, accurate and easily understood reports</li><li>Must be assertive, yet controlled in dealing with confrontation</li><li>Must be trustworthy and able to work under little or no direct supervision</li><li>Attendance for scheduled shifts. Tardiness and absenteeism is not tolerated</li><li>Previous Loss Prevention or Law Enforcement experience is a plus but not a requirement</li><li>Criminal Justice or related studies a plus</li><li>High School diploma or equivalent (minimum)</li></ul>

Sunday 1pm-1030pm
Monday 1pm-1030pm
Tuesday 1pm-1030pm
Friday 555am-1pm
Saturday 555am-1pm 
TOTAL = 40.00hrs Per wk.

Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Attend gate and provide access control for customers coming in and out of the back lot of the facility</li><li>
Check accuracy of orders picked up as customers leave the facility</li><li>
Thoroughly examine vehicles as they enter the premises and make note of existing items within vehicles</li><li>
 Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules</li><li>
Twice per shift, walk the yard and report any suspicious activities or criminal acts</li><li>
Address persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts</li><li>
Request emergency personnel for high risk situations</li></ul>
