Information infrastructure and security is a critical matter in our product and operations. </div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Responsibilities</b></h4>
<div><ul><li>Configure, monitor, and maintain computer systems, infrastructure, and networks (including Windows environments) to ensure high productivity, low friction, and increased security.</li><li>
Administer software licenses, such as Google Workspace and Microsoft Office/Teams, and manage access for all systems and services used by the company.</li><li>
Track and maintain hardware inventory, including managing IT procurement and coordinating lifecycle replacements for laptops and peripherals.</li><li>
Provide technical support during employee onboarding and resolve ongoing IT issues, including hardware performance troubleshooting and system lag investigations.</li><li>
Enforce IT policies and procedures, and manage permissions and access requests within tools like Jira.</li><li>
Collaborate with internal teams like HR and Finance to streamline service desk portals and manage asset-related payroll deductions.</li></ul>
</div><h4 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Requirements</b></h4>
<div><ul><li>3+ years of professional experience in an IT support or systems administration role.</li><li>
Deep understanding of technical fundamentals in networking and proficiency in troubleshooting computer hardware, software, and networks.</li><li>
Extensive knowledge of Windows working environments and corporate network infrastructures.</li><li>
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience supporting users across multiple global locations.</li><li>
High attention to detail, thoroughness, and strong organizational skills for maintaining records and documentation.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with ITSM systems and service desk tools, such as Jira Service Management.</li><li>
Proficiency or experience with Google Workspace administration is highly preferred.</li></ul><p><b>
