This role is perfect for someone passionate about driving ROI, analyzing data, and staying ahead of advertising trends.What You&rsquo;ll Do:<ul><li>Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic channels.</li><li>Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and optimize for conversions and ROI.</li><li>Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis to improve campaigns.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to produce effective ad copy and visuals.</li><li>Manage budgets and ensure cost-efficient ad spend.</li><li>Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and best practices in digital advertising.</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:<ul><li>Proven experience managing paid media campaigns across multiple platforms.</li><li>Strong understanding of PPC, CPC, CPM, and other key advertising metrics.</li><li>Proficiency with analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, etc.).</li><li>Excellent data analysis skills and ability to translate insights into action.</li><li>Creative mindset with experience in ad copywriting and visual storytelling.</li><li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree must in related field</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person
