Pay: Up to $27 an hour depending on experience and skills What You&rsquo;ll Do: You&rsquo;re not just setting up trays&mdash;you&rsquo;re setting the tone for an amazing patient experience. Your expanded skills keep the team moving, the patients smiling, and the office running at full speed. Provide chair-side clinical support to Dentists and Hygienists You&rsquo;ll be the right hand our clinical team counts on&mdash;charting, educating, setting up, and jumping in wherever needed. Manage patient flow to keep appointments efficient and on track You&rsquo;ll keep things moving like a backstage pro, making sure every patient feels like the star of the show. Capture and process X-rays Because great diagnostics start with great imaging&mdash;and you&rsquo;ll have it covered. Enter treatment plans and maintain accurate patient records No missing pieces here&mdash;you&rsquo;ll help keep every plan on track and every file buttoned up. Sterilize equipment and maintain a clean, organized operatory Because sparkling tools and spaces = smooth, safe care (and happy patients). Monitor lab cases and ensure everything&rsquo;s ready for the next day You're two steps ahead&mdash;because that&rsquo;s just how you roll. Deliver positive patient experiences from welcome to goodbye You&rsquo;re the reason patients feel cared for, supported, and excited to come back. What You Bring: You&rsquo;re experienced, energized, and ready to make an even bigger impact with your expanded skills. You love helping people feel comfortable&mdash;and you know how to keep a practice running like a well-oiled (and welcoming) machine. Expanded Functions Dental Assisting Certification [state-specific] from an accredited school Previous experience as a Dental Assistant preferred X-ray certification (or ability to obtain promptly) Coronal polishing and Nitrous Oxide certifications preferred (but not required) Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills A positive, supportive attitude that lifts patients and teammates alike A commitment to creating exceptional patient experiences every single day Compensation &amp; Benefits: We believe in investing in the people who invest in our patients.
