Job SummaryThe Graphic Designer will be responsible for creating visually engaging and effective designs and videos for digital and print platforms. This role requires creativity, technical skill, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual and video content that supports the company&rsquo;s branding and marketing objectives.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Conceptualize and design marketing materials such as brochures, social media posts, advertisements, banners, and presentations.</li><li>Produce and edit videos for marketing campaigns, social media, and corporate communication.</li><li>Design and update company branding materials including logos, templates, and promotional items.</li><li>Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop consistent visuals and video content across all channels.</li><li>Prepare and optimize graphics and videos for digital platforms, print production, and web use.</li><li>Maintain an organized library of design and video assets, templates, and brand guidelines.</li><li>Stay up to date with design and video editing trends, tools, and techniques.</li><li>Manage multiple projects and deliver creative work within deadlines.</li><li>Ensure all designs and videos meet the company&rsquo;s brand identity and quality standards.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and Video Editor (minimum 3&ndash;5 years preferred).</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, etc.).</li><li>Strong understanding of color theory, typography, composition, and motion design.</li><li>Experience in producing short-form and long-form video content for social media or marketing campaigns.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to take constructive feedback and adjust creative output as needed.</li></ul>Preferred Skills<ul><li>Knowledge of social media content creation and digital marketing design standards.</li><li>Experienced in photography or photo editing skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeWork Location: In person

Job Title: Senior Maintenance EngineerWe are looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team in the Facility and Property Management sector. The ideal candidate will oversee maintenance operations, ensure building systems run smoothly, and lead a team in delivering high-quality service across our properties.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Diagnose and resolve issues related to electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems.</li><li>Conduct routine inspections and implement preventive maintenance plans.</li><li>Assist in managing day-to-day facility operations, including maintenance, cleaning, and landscaping.</li><li>Support planning and execution of real estate and facility-related projects.</li><li>Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure asset reliability.</li><li>Monitor facility conditions and coordinate required repairs or improvements.</li><li>Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.</li><li>Maintain safety standards and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.</li><li>Assist in managing vendor contracts, service agreements, and performance evaluations.</li><li>Coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure smooth service delivery.</li><li>Prepare reports, documentation, and updates for management.</li><li>Support cost control, budgeting, and procurement activities related to facility operations.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering.</li><li>5&ndash;8 years of experience in facility or property maintenance.</li><li>Strong background in real estate project management and facility operations.</li><li>Experience in MEP maintenance, cleaning, landscaping, and vendor coordination.</li><li>Knowledge of safety practices and facility compliance standards.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and facility management systems.</li></ul>Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
