We need a female receptionist with at least 2 years experience in beauty center and clinic in UAE. fluent in English.Salary 3000 AED - 4000Full job description:<ul><li>Welcome patients and visitors.</li><li>Answer telephone and chat inquiries for new and existing patients.</li><li>Assisting patient's inquiry and explain clinic services appropriately to patients.</li><li>Scheduling appointment bookings in the clinic calendar.</li><li>Fill cancelled/rescheduled appointments to ensure a full schedule.</li><li>Call patients for appointment confirmation.</li><li>Request patient feedback after completion of the service.</li><li>Collaborates and follow-up with other staff members to make sure that procedures are being done in a timely manner.</li><li>Running end-of-day reception reports</li><li>Log calls and inquiries.</li></ul>Knowledge, skills, and abilities;<ul><li>Candidate should have previous UAE work experience in clinic or medical centers.</li><li>Languages- English, Arabic speaking is an added advantage</li><li>Must have good customer relation and excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking.</li><li>Must be computer literate.</li><li>Strong inter-personal and relationship building skills.</li><li>Must be able to work effectively with doctors, personnel and patients in a variety of situations.</li><li>background in marketing (preferred)</li></ul>Requirements and Qualifications:<ul><li>Minimum of 2 years working experience in a clinic or salon set up as receptionist.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>What is your nationality</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Salon ir clinic receptionist: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>
