Job Descriptions<ul><li>
Track and manage all invoice processes, ensuring timely submission, approval, and payment follow-ups</li><li>
Coordinate approval workflows in line with company policies and internal controls</li><li>
Support contract-related and procurement processes, including documentation and follow-up with suppliers</li><li>
Handle day-to-day administrative operations of the office</li><li>
Act as a coordination point between HR, Administration, Finance, Procurement, and Management teams</li><li>
Maintain accurate records, files, and administrative documentation</li><li>
Support office-related needs such as service providers, vendors, and facility-related follow-ups</li><li>
Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local regulations</li><li>
Provide general administrative support to management when required</li></ul> 
Requirements:<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree from university
</li><li>Very good command of English, both written and spoken
</li><li>Minimum 1-3 years of experience in administrative, office management, or coordination roles</li><li>
Experience in invoice tracking, approval processes, or procurement coordination is highly preferred</li><li>
Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail</li><li>
Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams</li><li>
Proficient in MS Office applications</li><li>
Strong communication and coordination skills</li><li>
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively</li></ul>
