 We are looking for an experienced
 
 Commercial HVAC Retrofit Technician
 
 to lead and perform installation and replacement of commercial HVAC equipment on retrofit projects. This role requires strong hands-on experience and the ability to execute jobs while ensuring quality work and job site safety.

 What You&rsquo;ll Do:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Lead installation and replacement of commercial HVAC systems
 </li>
 <li>
 Install equipment including boilers, RTUs, chillers, AHUs, condensers, cooling towers, VAVs, and WSHPs
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform sheet metal ductwork modifications and installation
 </li>
 <li>
 Install refrigerant piping, gas piping, and hydronic piping
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform brazing, soldering, and pipe fitting
 </li>
 <li>
 Complete high and low voltage electrical connections
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with rigging and setting equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Install duct and pipe insulation
 </li>
 <li>
 Read blueprints and coordinate work with customers and subcontractors
 
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 What You Bring:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 3+ years of commercial HVAC installation or retrofit experience
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with commercial mechanical equipment replacement
 </li>
 <li>
 Skills in electrical, piping, brazing, sheet metal, and rigging
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings
 </li>
 <li>
 EPA certification preferred
 
 
 
 </li>
