Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Pre Owned Vehicle Acquisition Agent to join our automotive sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing high-quality pre-owned vehicles through various channels, including outside sales, dealership networks, and B2B partnerships. Your proactive approach will help us build a diverse and attractive inventory that meets customer demand and maintains our reputation for excellence. This position offers an exciting opportunity to leverage your negotiation skills, sales expertise, and industry knowledge to drive our success forward.Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop and maintain relationships with dealerships, private sellers, and other sources to acquire pre-owned vehicles efficiently.</li><li>Conduct outbound sales efforts through cold calling, networking events, and B2B meetings to identify potential vehicle sources.</li><li>Negotiate purchase terms and prices with sellers to secure favorable deals while ensuring quality standards are met.</li><li>Manage the entire acquisition process, including inventory control, documentation, and vehicle inspection coordination.</li><li>Utilize CRM software to track leads, manage the sales pipeline, and follow up with prospects consistently.</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop strategies for upselling and expanding inventory options.</li><li>Maintain excellent communication skills and phone etiquette when engaging with clients and partners across multiple channels.</li></ul>Skills<ul><li>Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or automotive sales with a focus on high-end or retail vehicles.</li><li>Strong negotiation skills combined with the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders.</li><li>Multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with a broader range of clients and partners.</li><li>Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and retail math principles for accurate inventory control.</li><li>Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple deals simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Effective public speaking and customer service skills to represent the company professionally at events or meetings.</li><li>Knowledge of automotive industry standards, dealership operations, and inventory procedures is preferred.
