We are looking for a Marketplace &amp; Quick Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online sales across leading marketplaces and quick commerce platforms in the UAE. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in marketplace operations, fast-delivery platforms, and product lifecycle management to drive daily sales performance.Key Responsibilities&middot; Manage end-to-end operations on marketplaces and quick commerce platforms (Noon, Amazon, Talabat Mart, Deliveroo, Careem, InstaShop, etc.)&middot; Upload, optimize, and manage product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing, SEO keywords)&middot; Coordinate with quick commerce partners to ensure fast order fulfillment, stock availability, and SLA compliance&middot; Monitor pricing, promotions, flash deals, and campaigns to maximize sales and visibility&middot; Track daily orders, cancellations, returns, and customer feedback&middot; Maintain real-time inventory updates to avoid stock-outs and over-selling&middot; Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and courier teams for smooth dispatch and same-day delivery&middot; Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance insights&middot; Handle marketplace tickets, penalties, and policy compliance&middot; Support new marketplace onboarding and expansion into new quick commerce channelsRequired Skills &amp; Qualifications&middot; 1&ndash;3 years of experience in Marketplace Operations / Quick Commerce / E-Commerce&middot; Strong knowledge of UAE marketplaces and instant delivery platforms&middot; Experience in order management, inventory control, and pricing strategy&middot; Understanding of fast delivery models, PUDO, dark stores, and hyperlocal logistics&middot; Good analytical skills and proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets&middot; Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-order-volume environment&middot; Strong coordination and communication skillsPreferred Qualifications&middot; Experience in perfume, FMCG, beauty, electronics, or grocery quick commerce&middot; Knowledge of marketplace ads, deals, and seller dashboards&middot; Prior experience working with multiple SKUs and same-day delivery operationsJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: From AED2,500.00 per month
