Make the Big Bucks!Competitive hourly rate, an amazing commission program, and extra sales incentives.Perfumes 4 U is seeking energetic, goal-driven individuals who are passionate about sales and motivated to earn money!Bilingual English/Spanish is desirable.Key Holder Responsibilities:<ul><li>Deliver exceptional customer service and drive strong sales performance</li><li>Support with floor moves, merchandising, visual displays, and housekeeping</li><li>Lead by example as a top-performing salesperson</li><li>Assist with opening and closing procedures as required</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly sales environment</li><li>Function effectively in a fast-paced retail setting</li><li>Must meet or exceed performance benchmarks:</li><li>Total PL of at least 35%</li><li>UPT (Units Per Transaction) of 2.0 minimum</li></ul>Key Holder Requirements:<ul><li>Proven sales ability and strong interpersonal skills</li><li>Must have open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays</li><li>Reliable transportation required</li><li>Ability to stand and walk throughout the shift</li><li>Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs</li><li>Retail experience required</li></ul>Not all-inclusive.
