Goals:</div>

<li>Develop and grow sales within the assigned territory or market segment</li>
<li>Achieving sales targets in line with company strategy and budget</li>
<li>Build long-term relationships with customers, consultants, and contractors</li>
<li>Promote company products and solutions with strong technical and commercial understanding</li>
<li>Support market penetration and brand positioning</li>

<div>Scope of Duties:</div>
<ul>
<li>Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned market</li>
<li>Manage and grow existing customer accounts</li>
<li>Prepare and follow up on technical and commercial offers</li>
<li>Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations</li>
<li>Coordinate with engineering, logistics, and finance teams to ensure successful project execution</li>
<li>Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback</li>
<li>Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and CRM updates</li>
<li>Support contract negotiations in coordination with management</li>

Education &amp; Experience</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline</li>
<li>0&ndash;3 years of experience in sales, technical sales, or construction-related roles</li>
<li>Experience in construction systems, formwork, scaffolding, or similar products is an advantage</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Technical Skills</b></div>
<ul>
<li>Basic understanding of construction methods and project workflows</li>
<li>Ability to read and understand technical drawings</li>
<li>Knowledge of sales processes and contract basics</li>
</ul>
<div><b>Method &amp; Personal Skills</b></div>

<li>Strong communication and presentation skills</li>
<li>Customer-oriented and results-driven mindset</li>
<li>Good negotiation and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team</li>
