We&rsquo;re looking for a friendly, motivated, and detail-oriented Dental Assistant to join our growing periodontal specialty practice in downtown Chicago. Our office focuses on advanced periodontal and implant care, providing patients with a calm, modern, and personalized experience.About the RoleAs a key member of our clinical team, you&rsquo;ll assist during periodontal and implant procedures, support patient care, and help maintain a smooth daily flow. We&rsquo;re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and eager to learn the details of specialty care.Responsibilities<ul><li>Assist the periodontist during surgical and non-surgical procedures</li><li>Prepare operatories and sterilize instruments</li><li>Take digital X-rays and intraoral scans (training provided if needed)</li><li>Maintain accurate patient records and assist with charting</li><li>Provide pre- and post-operative instructions to patients</li><li>Support daily office setup, cleanup, and inventory management</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Dental Assistant certification (CDA or equivalent) preferred</li><li>Prior experience in a periodontal or surgical dental setting is a plus</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a professional chairside manner</li><li>Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn new technologies</li><li>Ability to work efficiently in a small, team-oriented environment</li></ul>Job Type: Part-timePay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hourExpected hours: 24.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Chicago, IL 60602 (Required)</li></ul>Ability to Relocate:<ul><li>Chicago, IL 60602: Relocate before starting work (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
