At Perk, we're on a mission to revolutionize business travel. We&rsquo;re growing fast in North America, and we&rsquo;re looking for ambitious Account Executives to join our team. This is a high-impact, high-energy role where you&rsquo;ll be responsible for outbound pipeline generation, running the full sales cycle from first touch to close, and even supporting the post-sale experience to set your clients up for long-term success.

How you'll spend your time:<ul><li>
Own the full sales cycle&ndash;from outbound prospecting and booking your own meetings, to running discovery, delivering demos, and closing new business.</li><li>
Generate pipeline through high-volume outbound activity, using phone, email, and LinkedIn to engage target accounts.</li><li>
Tailor conversations and demos to align with customer pain points and clearly communicate Perk&rsquo;s value.</li><li>
Maintain a clean, accurate pipeline and forecast in Salesforce, staying organized and data-driven.</li><li>
Partner closely with Implementation and Account Management to ensure a smooth handoff and set new customers up for long-term success.</li><li>
You&rsquo;ll sell to a range of personas&ndash;from Office Managers to Finance and HR leaders&ndash;and need to tailor your pitch accordingly.</li></ul>

1+ years of experience running full-cycle B2B sales, with a strong focus on outbound prospecting and new business generation; background in startups, SaaS, or B2B tech is a plus.</li><li>
A proven hunter mindset&ndash;you&rsquo;re energized by building pipeline and closing net new deals.</li><li>
Comfort engaging with senior decision-makers and adapting your message to different personas.</li><li>
A self-sufficient and organized approach to work&ndash;but you&rsquo;re still a team player at heart.</li><li>
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially via video and phone.</li><li>

Compensation and Benefits:
Compensation for this role is a combination of salary, commissions, and stock options. The total on-target variable earnings (base + commission) are $128,000. The commission structure will be tied to the achievement of revenue &amp; retention targets. Commissions are uncapped.

Reporting to the Strategic People Partner, Revenue, you&rsquo;ll collaborate globally across the business and People Team to ensure alignment, consistency, and impact in everything we do. You will also lead and develop a People Partner as a direct reporting line.

What you&rsquo;ll do:<ul><li>
Be a trusted partner to VP, Sales (NAM), VP Supplier Partnerships and VP, AmTrav: Work closely with our Revenue, Supplier Partnerships and AmTrav Senior Leaders and managers to define, deliver, and embed the people strategy within these areas of Perk. With strong business acumen and coaching approach, you&rsquo;ll bring insight, challenge, and clarity to business decisions, team structures and leadership plans. With huge growth plans comes ambiguity and a need to adapt our approach regularly; you&rsquo;ll be comfortable navigating unknowns, and bring confidence in others through ambiguity.</li><li>
Lead and grow your own team: Manage and develop a People Partner, enabling them to partner our teams that span multiple functions in North America. Set priorities, provide guidance and coaching, and drive success through your team.</li><li>
Drive high performance at scale: Define what great looks like by co-creating with business leaders to implement better ways of working to drive success, and enable leaders and managers to lead with confidence, clarity and accountability.</li><li>
Build the foundations for growth: Partner with Revenue Leadership and utilise supporting teams such as, Compensation, People Operations and Revenue Operations to review role scope and compensation frameworks to align with evolving business objectives and company growth.</li><li>

What you&rsquo;ll bring:<ul><li>
Experience in a Senior People Partner role partnering Sales / Revenue organisations and / or emerging products in fast-growing tech companies</li><li>
A track record of strong stakeholder management skills across People Partnering and influencing senior leaders.</li><li>
Proven global experience, ideally gained within a centralised business operating across multiple markets with North America being a must have</li><li>
Strong understanding of organisational design, high performance culture, leadership development and change management.</li><li>
A coaching mindset and excellent communication skills. You know when to challenge and when to support.</li><li>
A commercial approach to people work, with a focus on impact, data and action and balancing colleague experience.</li><li>
Experience developing and enabling leaders through multiple methods including skills gap analysis, designing, delivering, and measuring training programmes.</li></ul>
