Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and a passion for driving online engagement through various channels. This role requires expertise in SEO, social media marketing, and content creation, along with proficiency in various digital tools and platforms. The Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, optimize conversion rates, and drive e-commerce success.Duties<ul><li>Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve website rankings and organic traffic.</li><li>Utilize SEO tools for keyword research and performance tracking.</li><li>Create engaging content for various platforms including blogs, social media, and email campaigns.</li><li>Manage social media accounts and execute social media marketing strategies.</li><li>Design graphics and visuals using Adobe Creative Suite, including Adobe Photoshop.</li><li>Optimize conversion rates through A/B testing and performance analysis.</li><li>Conduct analytics using Google Analytics to assess campaign effectiveness and user behavior.</li><li>Oversee email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and engage customers.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive marketing efforts across all channels.</li><li>Manage WordPress websites, ensuring content is up-to-date and optimized for search engines.</li><li>Execute paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook Advertising platforms.</li><li>Utilize HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL for website management and data analysis as needed.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.</li><li>Strong understanding of e-commerce principles and practices.</li><li>Proficiency in Google Ads, Google AdWords, Google Analytics, and marketing automation tools.</li><li>Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress.</li><li>Familiarity with graphic design principles using Adobe Creative Suite.</li><li>Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to create compelling content tailored to target audiences.</li><li>Knowledge of social media management strategies across various platforms.</li><li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data to inform decision-making.</li><li>Experience in B2B marketing is a plus.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
