 Your Role: Interior Designer

 Common And Baseline Responsibilities
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Understands and consistently executes all aspects of the design process and project complexities to proactively contribute to the overall success of the team while adhering to firm and project goals and standards of excellence in interior design, execution, and living design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Develops and coordinates detailed design concepts with ability to develop functional requirements and project-design criteria.
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrates understanding of and leadership in the architectural design process and integration of standalone interiors projects and design concepts.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitates interior design efforts and project teams including design direction and client engagement.
 </li>
 <li>
 Participates in marketing efforts and may lead design presentations to prospective clients.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinates integration of basic engineering systems into the overall project design.
 </li>
 <li>
 Reviews work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and for document compliance in accordance with the Project Delivery Manual.

 Participates and collaborates in design reviews, charettes, and pin-ups.
 </li>

 Salary Range Information

 Training Program
 
 
 
 Students are invited to design &amp; project meetings, on-boarding, and will attend some client and consultant meetings to learn and grow. They have the opportunity to directly interact with their project manager, a senior representative of the firm, daily while working on projects.
