Job Title: E Commerce Executive - Kids wear brand Sweet Lime by ASLocation: Andheri MIDCExperience: 1-2 yearsSalary : 15000 - 20000 K P.M (As per candidature)Job Summary:The E commerce Listing Specialist is responsible for creating, updating, and managing product listings on various E commerce platforms (e.g., Nykaa, Myntra, Amazon, Shopify, First Cry etc.). This role focuses on ensuring that product information is accurate, well-optimized for search engines, and compelling to potential customers. The E commerce Listing Specialist will collaborate with the marketing, merchandising, and operations teams to enhance the online product catalogue, drive sales, and improve customer experience.Responsibilities:<ul><li>Product Listing Creation and Optimization:</li><li>Write clear, concise, and persuasive product titles, descriptions, and bullet points.</li><li>Upload high-quality product images and videos, ensuring they meet platform requirements.</li><li>Include appropriate keywords for SEO optimization in product titles, descriptions, and metadata.</li><li>Maintain accurate pricing, stock availability, and variant (size, color, etc.) information.</li><li>Data Management:</li><li>Monitor product inventory levels and update listings accordingly to prevent out-of-stock issues.</li><li>Conduct regular audits of existing product listings to ensure all information is up to date and correct.</li><li>Use data from analytics tools to optimize listings for higher visibility and conversion rates.</li><li>Product Categorization and Taxonomy:</li><li>Ensure products are categorized correctly on ecommerce platforms to enhance discoverability.</li><li>Ensure products are tagged with relevant attributes (e.g., size, color, material) for easy searching and filtering.</li><li>Content Quality Control:</li><li>Ensure all product listings comply with ecommerce platform guidelines and industry standards.</li><li>Maintain consistency in the tone and style of product descriptions, aligning with brand guidelines.</li><li>SEO and Market Research:</li><li>Perform keyword research to optimize product listings for better search engine rankings.</li><li>Monitor competitor listings and market trends to ensure competitiveness.</li><li>Stay updated on SEO best practices and ecommerce platform algorithm changes to maintain listing performance.</li><li>Collaboration:</li><li>Work with the photography team to ensure product images meet ecommerce platform standards.</li><li>Coordinate with the merchandising team to ensure product details align with marketing initiatives.</li><li>Collaborate with customer service to resolve issues related to product listings.</li><li>Platform Management:</li><li>Manage listings on multiple ecommerce platforms, ensuring uniformity across sites while adhering to each platform&rsquo;s specific guidelines.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve any issues with product listings, including missing images, incorrect data, or errors in the system.</li><li>Reporting &amp; Analysis:</li><li>Regularly track product performance metrics such as click-through rates (CTR), conversion rates, and sales.</li><li>Generate reports on listing performance and recommend strategies for improvement.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field (preferred).</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Proven experience in E Commerce product listing management, content creation - preferably in the kids wear or garments industry is a must.</li><li>Strong understanding of online marketing strategies and digital platforms and attention to detail and accuracy.</li><li>Familiarity with E Commerce platforms (e.g., Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, First Cry, Nykaa, Myntra, etc.) is highly desirable.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, google sheets, PowerPoint) and familiarity with basic data Management tools.</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Spoken English).</li><li>Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and work effectively in a team environment.</li><li>A proactive and self-motivated attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;18,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Leave encashment</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>E-commerce: 1 year (Required)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
