PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
The Global Tech Proximity Finance Executive AME will drive the alignment of finance operations with technology to enhance efficiency and support Pernod Ricard's strategic goals.
THE TEAM YOU WILL WORK WITH
<ul><li>The Finance Proximity Executive will ensure demand, testing, change, adoption and ultimately value creation of the Tech Finance Product portfolio.</li><li>
They will also support the local and legacy applications until their migration to the target Product landscape. They will report to the Domain Proximity Lead to share value and adoption metrics &ndash; and collaborate with other domains Proximity team members to ensure consistency.</li><li>
They will finally participate in the end-to-end management of demands in their functional area coming from the business and Tech, support the consolidation, assessment and prioritization of demands with the relevant stakeholders.</li></ul>
WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU
The role involves collecting local insights and feedback on products, conducting change management activities, ensuring the secure deployment of global products in Affiliates, and facilitating the engagement of local Key User communities.<ul><li>
 Capturing affiliates needs and specificities on a specific product domain: Conduct interviews and surveys with affiliates to understand their requirements within my specific product domain and arbitrate/challenge their claims and analyze affiliate data and feedback so tailored solutions that address their specific needs and align with the product's offerings can be considered by Product teams</li><li>
Incident Management: Act as the liaison between the Business and the incident support team within the ME, provide functional skills to qualify incidents and orient them to the right capability teams</li><li>
Performing roll-out and change management actions for global products of their domain scope: Gather insights and user feedback to enhance product functionality and user experience, prepare relevant change plan &amp; activities and perform local change impact assessment and change activities to ease local adoption of global products, support test activities with end users and perform defined required roll-out activities</li><li>
Value Realization: Collect &amp; consolidate relevant metrics/insights to report on value delivered from Products at affiliate level</li></ul> 
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Industrial, Computer, Software, Business Engineering, MIS or a related field is required.
Experience: 7 years of Tech experience, preferably with companies in the FMCG sector (Food/Beverage/Tobacco industry experience preferred)
Capabilities:<ul><li>
Good knowledge in the Finance domain scope, with a deep understanding of challenges in the Finance for their geographical scope</li><li>
Experience in SAP S4/ Hana, FI, CO, SD, MM</li><li>
Experience in ERP Software Oracle JD Edwards is a plus</li><li>
Good knowledge of cross function interactions in SAP and Reporting Systems such as Power BI.</li><li>
Good knowledge of E- Solutions such as e-invoice, e-delivery note etc.</li><li>
Mastery of testing and deployment methods and tools</li><li>
Understanding of agile principles and associated ways of working</li><li>
Mastery in Project Management</li><li>
Having of ITIL or COBIT certification is a plus</li><li>
Having a project management certification, Agile, PMP etc</li><li>
Collaboration&amp; team spirit</li><li>
Fluency in English</li></ul>

About the Role
Pernod Ricard T&uuml;rkiye is looking for an On-Trade Sales Supervisor to join our İzmir field organization.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading on-trade sales execution, developing the field team, and ensuring our premium brand portfolio is represented with excellence across on-trade accounts.
You will play a critical role in driving commercial performance while ensuring full compliance with company standards and local regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. Field Leadership &amp; Team Management<ul><li>
Lead, coach, and develop the İzmir On-Trade sales team in the field</li><li>
Set clear priorities and ensure consistent execution of sales targets</li><li>
Support individual development through regular field visits, feedback, and performance follow-ups</li></ul>
2. Sales Execution &amp; Operational Excellence<ul><li>
Manage day-to-day on-trade sales operations in line with Pernod Ricard standards</li><li>
Ensure perfect execution of agreed commercial plans and activations at account level</li><li>
Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and action plans to deliver volume and value growth</li></ul>
3. Customer &amp; Account Management<ul><li>
Build strong, long-term relationships with key on-trade customers</li><li>
Ensure high-quality customer experience while protecting Pernod Ricard&rsquo;s premium brand image</li><li>
Act as the first escalation point for field-level customer topics and operational issues</li></ul>
4. Cross-Functional Collaboration<ul><li>
Work closely with Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Supply teams to ensure alignment in the field</li><li>
Support the execution of launches, campaigns, and visibility initiatives within legal boundaries</li></ul>
5. Compliance &amp; Reporting<ul><li>
Ensure full compliance with local alcohol regulations, company policies, and ethical standards</li><li>
Provide accurate and timely reporting on field activities, market insights, and competitive landscape</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Skills<ul><li>
Experience: Minimum 5 years of sales experience, with 2&ndash;3 years in On-Trade or FMCG field roles; prior supervisory experience is strongly preferred</li><li>
On-Trade Expertise: Solid understanding of on-trade dynamics, customer segmentation, and alcohol category regulations</li><li>
Leadership: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop field sales teams</li><li>
Commercial Acumen: Strong planning, execution, and problem-solving skills</li><li>
Systems &amp; Tools: ERP systems, MS Office</li><li>
Flexibility: Willingness to work in a field-based role, including evenings and weekends when required</li><li>
Language: Intermediate English proficiency</li></ul>
Education<ul><li>
