<div>Main responsibilities and tasks
Client Relationship Management<ul><li>
Identify, recruit and manage relationships with HNWI (high-net-worth individuals) / VIC (very important clients) collectors for PRME Prestige program &lsquo;Le Cercle&rsquo;.</li><li>
Act as primary point of contact &amp; personal advisor: addressing inquiries, providing product information, product recommendations &amp; tailored experiences.</li><li>
Build, manage &amp; expand the private client Le Cercle network &amp; database; supporting customer analysis &amp; the development of tailored plans and programs.</li></ul>
Drive Sales of Prestige &amp; Luxury Portfolio.<ul><li>
Sell rare, unique &amp; collectable limited edition prestige spirits and champagnes from the Pernod Ricard Le Cercle portfolio.</li><li>
Guide private clients on building or refining their collections; guide them through special releases &amp; bespoke allocations.</li><li>
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the private client sector to further enhance the business performance of Le Cercle in the UAE.</li></ul>
Event Planning and Execution<ul><li>
Develop strong partnerships with external stakeholders to support the acquisition, reward &amp; retention of private client customers.</li><li>
In collaboration with marketing teams, design and execute exclusive events for private clients, creating memorable and engaging experiences that reflect our brand values.</li></ul>
Brand Advocacy<ul><li>
Serve as a brand ambassador for Pernod-Ricard, articulating our story and values to private clients with authenticity and confidence.</li><li>
Promote our diverse portfolio of brands, ensuring clients are informed and engaged with our offerings.</li><li>
Foster a sense of community among private clients, connecting them with our brand and each other.</li></ul>
Market Insights and Reporting<ul><li>
Collect and analyze market data to identify trends and opportunities within the private client segment.</li><li>
Provide regular reports and insights to management, helping shape strategic decisions and initiatives.</li><li>
Stay grounded in the real, ensuring our approach aligns with community values and sustainability.</li></ul>
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in client management, sales, or a related field, preferably within the luxury or hospitality sectors.

Program Duration: Initially 12 months, extendable for an additional term based on performance.
Objective
As part of Pernod Ricard T&uuml;rkiye&rsquo;s Shake Your Future Management Trainee Program, the Credit &amp; Commercial Finance Controlling MT will take part in key financial and commercial processes that support the company&rsquo;s growth. This role offers hands-on experience in credit control, sales finance, and commercial performance analysis, while working closely with both Finance and Sales teams to ensure efficient and insightful financial operations.
Main Responsibilities<ul><li>Support credit control operations including customer performance tracking, DSO analysis, and collection follow-up.</li><li>Assist in preparing financial and profitability reports for distributors and customers.</li><li>Contribute to commercial finance analyses, providing insights on sales trends, volumes, and promotional activities.</li><li>Collaborate with FP&amp;A and Sales teams to ensure accurate and timely financial planning and forecasting.</li><li>Participate in the month-end closing process by preparing and reconciling relevant financial data.</li><li>Support systemic and process improvement projects within finance and controlling functions.</li><li>Take an active role in cross-functional collaboration, enhancing communication between sales and finance departments.</li><li>Operate daily Credit Control process</li><li>Create and maintain customer adress book</li><li>Assist in collection processes, ensuring the accuracy and timely validation of data shared with distributors.</li><li>Act as the primary contact for distributor relations, handling phone and email inquiries, verifying payments, and confirming collateral.</li></ul>
Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master&rsquo;s degree is a plus)</li><li>New graduate or maximum 1 year of experience in Finance, Controlling, or a similar analytical field (preferably FMCG sector)</li><li>Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel; familiarity with Power BI, ERP, or CRM systems is an advantage</li><li>Excellent communication and collaboration skills</li><li>Curious, proactive, and eager to learn within a dynamic environment</li><li>Fluent in English</li></ul>
