We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office operations and ensure a welcoming, well organized workplace. This part time role (approximately 20&ndash;24 hours per week) is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, takes initiative, and thrives in a collaborative, fast paced environment. This position is fully on site at our Charlotte, NC office; remote work is not available.</div>
<h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll be Doing:</b></h3><ul>
<li>Maintaining a clean, organized, and professional office environment</li>
<li>Greeting and assisting visitors, clients, and vendors</li>
<li>Providing general administrative support to office staff and leadership</li>
<li>Coordinating maintenance and service requests</li>
<li>Managing office and kitchen supply inventory and placing orders</li>
<li>Assisting with planning and coordinating office events and meetings</li>
<li>Sorting, distributing, and preparing outgoing mail and packages</li>
<li>Scanning, filing, and organizing documents (physical and digital)</li>
<li>Running local office errands as needed</li>
<li>Supporting employee onboarding and offboarding processes</li>
<li>Assisting with HR related tasks and special projects assigned</li>
</ul><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>What You'll Bring to the Table:</b></h3><ul>
<li>1&ndash;2 years of administrative, office support, or related experience (preferred)</li>
<li>Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail</li>
<li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)</li>
<li>A proactive, dependable, and team oriented mindset</li>
<li>Professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information</li>
<li>Strong time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines</li>
<li>A willingness to learn, take initiative, and support daily office operations</li>
