Description Overview</b></h2></div><div><p>
We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Intern with marketplace knowledge, proven analytical capabilities, strong SEO and optimization experience as well as a passion for testing content that resonates with the consumer. This content specialist will be responsible for driving organic sales on eCommerce sites, improving keyword ranking, increasing overall conversion rate, improving the quality of product listings, and helping to launch products on time. The content specialist should have a strong bias for action, make data driven decisions and have a passion for optimizing content. This Digital Marketing Content Intern will help lead the content delivery &amp; regulatory advertising compliance process for Perrigo&rsquo;s Asset Management&rsquo;s digital content. You&rsquo;ll touch all digital content including web pages, videos, articles and images, etc. Concurrently, you&rsquo;ll partner with the digital &amp; eCommerce managers, content, and marketing leads to create and deliver compelling digital customer experiences for our brand websites and media channels.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Scope of the Role</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Develop eCommerce organic search and content strategy to increase product awareness and drive conversion for our brands. Formulate a plan for various types of content to meet marketing goals and audience needs, aiming to boost brand engagement. Examples of content include, but are not limited to, web site copy, video, marketing emails and digital ads for paid media placements.</li><li>
Content management: Manage a content calendar to guide the production process, ensuring consistent, on-brand and high-quality content is published across different digital platforms. Perform content audits to identify gaps and opportunities to engage consumers.</li><li>
Ensure Consistency in brand messaging: Review all content to ensure it aligns with the creative brief, the organization&rsquo;s brand identity and messaging across digital channels.</li><li>
SEO optimization: Incorporate SEO best practices and keyword research to improve content visibility and search engine rankings across brand websites.</li><li>
Lead the regulatory content compliance submission process through Censhare tool - ensuring content meets requirements.</li><li>
Research and analysis: Analyze market trends, audience preferences and competition to identify content opportunities and optimize strategy.</li><li>
Performance monitoring: Use analytic tools to evaluate organic content performance and adapt strategies based on data-driven insights. (Profitero)</li><li>
Serve as the subject matter expert for eCommerce content best practices, benchmarking, and content creation.</li><li>
Organic Sales: The Content Specialist is responsible for driving organic sales. They will develop strategies and execute changes to meet organic sales targets each month.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Experience Required</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Undergraduate student majoring in Business, Marketing, or related field; junior or senior standing preferred.</li><li>
Showcase excellent communication, teamwork, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>
Demonstrate the ability to work independently and engage professionally with leadership at all levels.</li><li>

In this role you will be responsible for the hands on regulatory activities required to maintain existing commercial products, and support in making correct and timely new product applications of Perrigo products on the Turkish market. You will support to ensure compliance with the existing legislation for Medicines, Medical Devices, Biocides and Cosmetics. Another key aspect of the role will be supporting in the achievement of the overall Regulatory, Quality &amp; Safety objectives and timely realization of operational activities. In this position you collaborate closely with the Corporate Regulatory and Turkish Commercial colleagues to strive to help the customer the best.</p></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Scope of the Role</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
Support in the management of change by preparing applications and technical files in support of existing commercial product regulatory maintenance;</li><li>
Support in the regulatory activities on new product development (NPD), including artwork approvals, label claims and associated supporting documentation;</li><li>
Develop and approve label specifications (master text and local artwork text) in compliance with SOPs, as well as promotional materials from a regulatory perspective;</li><li>
Maintain regulatory files and data systems in compliance with SOPs;</li><li>
Represent regulatory affairs in project meetings with both Perrigo staff and external contacts;</li><li>
Follow up on changes in (inter)national regulations and legislations, and support in the interpretation, communication and implementation;</li><li>
Liaise with Corporate Regulatory, responding to regulatory queries and providing and review of registration documents as necessary for the Turkish and/or European territory;</li><li>
Support in the communication with local regulatory authorities regarding license applications and notice of change.</li></ul></div></div><div><div><h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Experience Required</b></h2></div><div><ul><li>
University Degree in a Scientific Subject;</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years work experience within Regulatory Affairs required, within at least one of the following categories Medical Devices, Biocides, Cosmetics and Medicines;</li><li>
Excellent communicator in Turkish and English;</li><li>
Proficient computer skills esp. Microsoft (word, excel, powerpoint); experience with Veeva, TVT, Trackwise is an asset;</li><li>
Eye for detail, punctual, well organized;</li><li>
Being flexible and adaptable to change;</li><li>
Ability to support several concurrent projects/products simultaneously;</li></ul></div></div></div><p><b>
