<div>Summary of Position
The Interior Design Coordinator I is primarily responsible for processing interior selections and change orders for inventory homes and supporting the Selections department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities<ul><li>
Responsible for processing interior selections and enhancement change orders by following collections.</li><li>
Collaborate with the entire team to develop interior design collections for our inventory homes that align with the unique requirements of each market and incorporate cutting-edge design trends.</li><li>
Handle Model Home enhancement change orders and provide occasional assistance to Model Home Designers in curating selections.</li><li>
Maintain Selections matrix to track collection usage within a community.</li><li>
Upkeep digital assets and collection imagery using PowerPoint.</li><li>
Preserve Selections Department sample inventory &amp; cleanliness of Design Studio.</li><li>
Maintain Division Upgrade list in collaboration with Division President on an ongoing basis.</li><li>
Assist the Construction and Sales teams with inventory homes requests as needed.</li><li>
Walk inventory homes to review design elements on a regular basis.</li><li>
Support the Interior Design Manager in selection programs (e.g., tile, countertops, flooring, paint, cabinets, etc.) through the creation of documents and resources, as well as conducting research.</li><li>
From time to time must complete projects on short notice with extreme time constraints.</li></ul>

Qualifications<ul><li>
High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associates degree preferred.</li><li>

Current, valid Driver&rsquo;s License with acceptable driving record.</li><li>

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent across both corporate and field operations. Beyond filling positions, the Recruiter serves as a strategic hiring partner; guiding leaders in talent decisions and ensuring a candidate experience that aligns with company values.
The position reports to the Lead Recruiter and supports hiring across multiple departments based on business needs. Candidates must be located in the Houston area and available for onsite interviews and key hiring activities.

Requirements 
What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field preferred.</li><li>
5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably in a high-growth or evolving organization.</li><li>
Experience hiring for a mix of roles (corporate and/or field preferred).</li><li>
High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills; you&rsquo;re persuasive, clear, and approachable.</li><li>
Strong organizational and time management skills.</li><li>
Positive, team-oriented mindset with the ability to pivot quickly and stay steady in shifting priorities.</li><li>
Experience using ATS systems (Workable preferred), and sourcing tools like LinkedIn Recruiter.</li><li>
Understanding of recruiting metrics and how to use them to guide performance.</li>
