Creating instructor materials for Field Application Engineers who deliver training programs</li><li>
Developing and conducting training effectiveness evaluations to continually enhance the company&rsquo;s customer-focused training programs</li><li>
Mentoring instructors to enhance customer-focused training programs</li><li>
Ensuring all training programs and courses meet business needs and quality standards</li><li>
Conducting needs assessments, anticipate future training needs, and plan accordingly</li><li>
Manage course enrollments</li><li>
Technical degree or equivalent knowledge/skills, preferably in Electrical or Computer Engineering</li><li>
Experience teaching in a classroom environment</li><li>
Experience conducting and evaluating customer-focused training programs or experience speaking to groups of people</li><li>
Understanding of networking and IP scheming</li><li>
Must be willing and able to travel up to 25% of the time</li><li>
Must have the ability to obtain a United States security clearance</li></ul>

The base pay for this role can vary from $132,750 to $165,875 a year based on individual qualifications. Eligibility for yearly discretionary bonus. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong execution capabilities. The ability to operate seamlessly across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid project management methodologies is a must. The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, capable of aligning diverse stakeholders while ensuring projects are delivered to the highest quality. As a Project Manager, you will be a critical member of the Program Management Office (PMO) team.</p><p><br>
</p><p>This Project Manager, Product Development, must possess a strong understanding of product lifecycles, project management best practices, preferred experience in DoD or related industries and previous experience working with Engineering teams. Position Responsibilities</b>
</p><ul><li>Proven track record of leading end-to-end project management initiatives from concept through product launch
</li><li>Track and support the definition and refinement of project scope, requirements, deliverables, timelines and resource constraints according to project management best practices</li><li>
Manage and adapt project plans and roadmaps using Agile, Waterfall and hybrid methodologies based on project needs
</li><li>Coordinate cross-functional teams including product, engineering, operations, accounting, external vendors, etc. for success of efforts</li><li>
Collaborating with engineering leads to monitoring project progress, identifying risks and opportunities, and implementing mitigation strategies proactively
</li><li>Ensure clear, consistent communication across stakeholders</li><li>
Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and team efficiency</li><li>
Balance multiple priorities with competing timelines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment</li><li>
Provides executive level quality reporting
</li><li>Facilitate and guide technical discussions with engineering, and product teams to align architecture, technical requirements, and product design decisions that meet product and business objectives</li><li>
Manages all project artifacts, including plans, schedules, budgets, risk registers, and status reports, ensuring transparency and traceability throughout the project lifecycle</li><li>
Work cross-functionally to ensure accurate project reporting and budget tracking, collaborating with project specialists, finance, and operations teams</li><li>
Lead communication between internal teams to deliver and support the RFX process as required
</li></ul>Job Qualifications &amp; Experience :

Minimum Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in business, engineering, or a related technical discipline</li><li>
5+ years of experience managing engineering or new product development efforts</li><li>
Demonstrated expertise in Agile, Waterfall and hybrid project management methodologies</li><li>
Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills
</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills
</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams</li><li>
Experience using OKRs, KPIs, or other performance frameworks to align project outcomes with organizational goals</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment</li><li>
Adaptable and resilient team player</li><li>
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project</li><li>
Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence</li><li>
Available to travel up to 25% of the time</li><li>
Ability to obtain United States Secret security clearance</li></ul><p><b>

Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification</li><li>
Master&rsquo;s degree in engineering or business administration (MBA)</li><li>
Understanding of product development practices such as user story mapping, product road mapping, and stakeholder alignment</li><li>
Experience with implementing project management processes in larger organizations</li><li>
Familiarity with data analytics tools or dashboards (e.g., Power BI) for tracking team and project metrics</li><li>
Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and go-to-market processes</li><li>
ERP and CRM experience with SalesForce, INFOR or similar</li><li>
Experience in high-growth organizations</li><li>
