In this role, you&rsquo;ll be instrumental in accelerating content production, enhancing our resources and marketing sites, and empowering the team with development expertise that brings projects to life and improves overall site performance. 
The ideal person for this role is a self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized individual who is obsessed with meeting monthly, quarterly, and yearly paid search goals. You are an inquisitive self-starter who loves to solve problems, think outside of the box, analyze data, and make decisions based on quantitative results.

Your Impact
As a Web Developer at Personify, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by:<ul><li>
Accelerating production of high-value website content to drive SEO, AI visibility, and lead generation.</li><li>
Improving user experience by delivering responsive, accessible, and visually polished content across our marketing sites.</li><li>
Speeding up our development time and enabling faster launches of guides, calculators, templates, and other interactive tools.</li></ul> 
Here&rsquo;s how you will make a significant impact:<ul><li>
Translating detailed Figma designs into responsive, accessible, and fast-loading web pages</li><li>
Implementing clean, mobile-first code in WordPress using HTML, CSS/Bootstrap, and custom blocks.</li><li>
Updating high-priority content to improve engagement and conversions.</li><li>
Collaborating with marketing, design, and content teams to maintain brand consistency and site quality</li><li>
Troubleshooting layout and formatting issues, optimizing for SEO and Core Web Vitals, and ensuring best-in-class performance.</li><li>
Assisting in clearing our backlog of development projects and supporting ongoing future content development needs.</li></ul> 
What You Bring
We are looking for the best of the best web developer professionals who possess the skills to excel in our dynamic environment.<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent experience</li><li>
2-5 years of experience building and managing WordPress websites</li><li>
Proficient in HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap</li><li>
Ability to develop and deploy clean, responsive, and lightweight front-end code</li><li>
Comfortable following detailed mockups, familiarity with Figma preferred</li><li>
Familiarity with optimizing pages for SEO and site performance preferred</li><li>
Experience in B2B SaaS preferred</li></ul>
