We&rsquo;re looking for an experienced Supervisor to help lead daily care and safe supervision of dogs in our facility.Key ResponsibilitiesOperations &amp; Animal Care<ul><li>Supervise daily boarding, daycare, and grooming activities to ensure the health, safety, and well-being of all dogs.</li><li>Oversee feeding schedules, exercise routines, and special care instructions.</li><li>Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards across kennels, play areas, and grooming stations.</li><li>Support handling of dogs with different temperaments, including those requiring special attention.</li></ul>Team Leadership<ul><li>Supervise and guide kennel attendants, daycare staff, and grooming assistants.</li><li>Organize staff schedules and delegate tasks to ensure smooth operations.</li><li>Provide on-the-job training and performance feedback.</li><li>Foster teamwork and maintain a positive work environment.</li></ul>Customer Service<ul><li>Greet and assist clients with check-in/check-out procedures.</li><li>Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding services, special needs, or behavioral updates.</li><li>Handle customer concerns or complaints in a professional and solution-oriented manner.</li></ul>Administration &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Maintain accurate records of boarding, daycare, and grooming services.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, health &amp; safety regulations, and animal welfare standards.</li><li>Assist in inventory management for pet supplies, cleaning products, and grooming tools.</li><li>Report operational updates and issues to management.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>3+ years dog handling experience (kennel, daycare, vet, etc.) UAE EXPERIENCE</li><li>Confident with all breed of dogs</li><li>Knows dog behavior and safety practices</li><li>Reliable, calm, and physically fit.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED3,000.00 per month
