<div>We are looking for a people-focused HR Business Partner to support our Services Division&mdash;a mobile, decentralized team delivering preventive care to pets and pet parents in communities across the country. This role partners closely with field leaders and employees, providing hands-on HR support. Roles &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Strategic Partnership: 
Partner closely with field leadership to understand business goals, workforce needs, and organizational challenges. Provide consultative support that aligns HR strategies with operational objectives.</li>
<li>Employee Relations &amp; Investigations: 
Lead and resolve complex employee relations issues and investigations. Provide balanced guidance that considers fairness, consistency, and risk mitigation.</li>
<li>Accommodations &amp; Workers' Compensation: 
Oversee and manage ADA accommodations and workers' compensation claims. Partner with employees, leaders, and external vendors to ensure timely, compliant, and compassionate resolutions.</li>
<li>Employee Engagement: 
Lead and support initiatives that strengthen employee connection, engagement, and retention.</li>
<li>HR Operations &amp; Support: 
Provide daily HR support across a broad range of topics, including performance management, policy interpretation, leave management, and compliance.</li>
<li>Technology &amp; Data: 
Leverage HR systems and tools to support data-driven decision-making, track key metrics, and ensure accurate employee information.</li>
<li>Communication &amp; Change Management: 
Serve as a trusted communicator and change advocate, ensuring that company messages, initiatives, and programs are effectively shared with the field workforce.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally supporting a distributed or field-based workforce</li>
<li>Strong background in employee relations investigations, accommodations, and workers' compensation</li>
<li>Proven ability to build trust and relationships with remote teams and leaders</li>
<li>Experience leading employee engagement or culture initiatives</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Tech-savvy and comfortable working within HRIS, Microsoft teams, Microsoft Office Suite</li>
<li>Travel up to 20%</li>
</ul>
Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.</li>
</ul>
