Whether you're just starting out or looking to grow in the pet care industry, we provide full on-the-job training. No previous veterinary experience is required.

Roles &amp; Responsibilities:
<ul>
<li>Welcome and assist pet parents throughout the clinic experience, delivering excellent customer service.</li>
<li>Safely handle and restrain pets during wellness procedures such as vaccines, nail trims, and microchipping.</li>
<li>Prepare and administer vaccines; label and dispense medications appropriately.</li>
<li>Collect and prepare blood and fecal samples for lab testing.</li>
<li>Support product and service recommendations based on pet lifestyle and health needs.</li>
<li>Promote microchipping and educate pet parents on the benefits of preventive care.</li>
<li>Drive the company vehicle to and from clinic locations; load and unload equipment and supplies.</li>
<li>Collaborate with your team to ensure clinic goals are achieved in a safe and efficient manner.</li>
</ul>
Essential Functions/Job Duties:
<ul>
<li>Perform pet wellness procedures under the supervision of licensed veterinary professionals.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean and sanitary work environment by disinfecting clinic spaces and equipment.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage product inventory, including tracking expiration dates.</li>
<li>Operate clinic equipment and digital tools such as tablets and Bluetooth-enabled devices.</li>
<li>Ensure a safe, respectful, and organized clinic space for pets, pet parents, and team members.</li>
</ul>
Minimum Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>Valid driver's license and willingness to drive a company vehicle to clinic locations.</li>
<li>Reliable transportation to and from work.</li>
<li>Available to work weekends and a variety of weekday shifts, including occasional overnight travel.</li>
<li>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Willingness to work full clinic days (up to 12&ndash;14 hours).</li>
<li>Comfort working outdoors in varying weather conditions.</li>
<li>Professional appearance, punctuality, and strong interpersonal skills.</li>
</ul>
Education Requirements:
<ul>
<li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li>
</ul>

Preferred Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Experience in customer service, retail, or animal care is a plus.</li>
<li>Comfortable using tablets and Bluetooth-enabled devices.</li>
<li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li>
<li>Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.</li>
<li>Willingness to educate pet parents about clinic services and product offerings.</li>

Physical Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Ability to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.</li>
<li>Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards.</li>
<li>Comfortable occasionally working outdoors in various weather conditions</li>
<li>Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.</li>
<li>Ability to stand for long periods and assist in the care and handling of animals.</li>
