The way pets find new loving homes has remained largely unchanged for centuries. We're on a mission to change that through innovative technology &mdash; and increasingly, through the intelligent use of AI. We're a young and ambitious team who have built unicorns before (e.g. Avito), backed by some of Europe's leading investors (e.g. Verdane and Otiva &mdash; early backers of Klarna, CAIA, Apotea, and Easypark).</p><p><b>
Who are we looking for?</b></p><p>
We're expanding our Monetisation team and looking for an FE-focused full stack engineer to help us build great products in the payment processing &amp; value-added services space, and improve the user experience in the payment domain.<br>
We're not just looking for a strong engineer &mdash; we're looking for someone who actively uses AI tools as part of their daily workflow: whether that's using LLMs to accelerate development, exploring AI-powered tooling for testing, code review, or product ideation, or simply staying genuinely curious about where the technology is heading.<br>
We expect roughly 6 years of engineering experience, ideally with our current tech stack &mdash; and a mindset that sees AI as a multiplier, not a buzzword.</p><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>
Requirements</b></h3><p>
We're a fast-growing scale-up. We want engineers who build fast, fail fast, and learn fast. You don't need to be a world-class expert in every tool we use &mdash; but you do need a critical, open mindset, strong JavaScript proficiency, and a genuine enthusiasm for AI-assisted development.<br>
<i>Core (required):</i></p><ul><li><p>
Building apps with TypeScript, Next.js, Node.js &amp; React</p></li><li><p>
Understanding of GraphQL and its usage in large systems with multiple consumers</p></li><li><p>
Experience with frontend testing tools and testing strategies</p></li><li><p>
Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL</p></li><li><p>
Active use of AI tools (e.g. Claude, Cursor, Codex, ...) in your day-to-day engineering work &mdash; we want to hear how you use them</p></li></ul><div><p><i>
Bonus (helpful &amp; appreciated):</i></p></div><ul><li><p>
Experience with payment processing (Stripe, Adyen, Braintree)</p></li><li><p>
Experience with search technologies like Elasticsearch</p></li><li><p>
Experience with monitoring &amp; observability tools like Grafana</p></li><li><p>
Experience with responsive design &amp; mobile web UX</p></li><li><p>
Experience with UI/component frameworks like Tailwind</p></li><li><p>
Experience evaluating or experimenting with AI coding workflows at team or company level</p></li></ul><div><p>
