PRT (English Teacher)Position: PRT &ndash; English Location: Sri Chaitanya techno school sector 67 A Gurugram Haryana Reports to: Principal / CoordinatorRole Overview:The PRT (English) will be responsible for teaching English to students of primary classes ( III&ndash;V). The teacher should create a joyful and engaging learning environment that builds a strong foundation in reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills while fostering creativity and curiosity among young learners.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons in English for primary classes.</li><li>Teach basic grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, creative writing, and communication skills.</li><li>Use interactive methods, storytelling, rhymes, role play, and activities to make learning enjoyable.</li><li>Assess students&rsquo; performance through classwork, assignments, and periodic tests.</li><li>Provide individual attention and remedial support to learners as needed.</li><li>Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation.</li><li>Develop students&rsquo; confidence in expressing themselves in English.</li><li>Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students&rsquo; progress.</li><li>Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and school activities.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in English / Education or relevant field.</li><li>D.El.Ed / B.El.Ed / B.Ed. with specialization in Primary Education.</li><li>Strong command over English (spoken and written).</li><li>Passion for teaching young learners with patience and creativity.</li><li>Excellent communication and classroom management skills.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;21,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person

Mother Teacher (Grade 2)Position: Mother Teacher (Grade 2) Location: Sri Chaitanya techno school sector 67 A , Gurugram Reports to: Principal / CoordinatorRole Overview:The Mother Teacher will serve as the primary educator and caretaker for Grade 2 students, ensuring their academic, emotional, and social development. The role requires nurturing guidance, effective teaching across multiple subjects, and building a strong connection between the school and parents.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Teach all core subjects (English, Mathematics, Environmental Studies, etc.) as per the curriculum.</li><li>Create a positive, child-friendly, and stimulating classroom environment.</li><li>Address the academic as well as emotional and social needs of each student.</li><li>Foster values such as discipline, respect, responsibility, and teamwork.</li><li>Assess students&rsquo; progress through classwork, assignments, and tests; maintain records and prepare progress reports.</li><li>Identify learning gaps and provide remedial support when necessary.</li><li>Communicate regularly with parents to update them on their child&rsquo;s progress and overall well-being.</li><li>Plan creative activities, projects, and events to make learning engaging and holistic.</li><li>Ensure students&rsquo; safety, well-being, and discipline during school hours.</li><li>Collaborate with co-teachers and school staff for academic planning and events.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Education (B.Ed. / D.El.Ed. / B.El.Ed.) or equivalent.</li><li>Experience in teaching primary classes, preferably as a mother teacher.</li><li>Strong command over English and other required subjects.</li><li>Warm, caring, and approachable personality with patience and empathy.</li><li>Excellent communication and classroom management skills.</li><li>Ability to balance academics with students&rsquo; emotional and social development.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;21,000.00 - &#8377;23,000.00 per monthLanguage:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
