As you help clients understand the benefits of regular pet care; convert Clients into members; and maximize the positive impact of in-location services through retail sales, you're a critical part of helping pets feel their best. At petbar boutiques you&rsquo;ll find a culture of care that inspires you to be your best, building excellent customer experiences from the inside out.As a front desk your responsibilities revolve around providing excellent services to members and clients. These include:<ul><li>Answering phone calls and texts.</li><li>Setting appointments and checking in members and clients and out for appointments and taking payments.</li><li>Greeting members and clients upon arrival.</li><li>Promoting the Membership Program.</li><li>Re-engaging inactive members.</li><li>Keeping management apprised of member concerns and following policies, procedures and direction.</li><li>Accepting constructive criticism in a positive manner and using it as a learning tool.</li><li>Upholding the petbar brand&rsquo;s core values of optimism, gratitude, excellence, consistency and empathy.</li><li>Staying updated on retail products and promotions.</li><li>Assisting self wash clients with bathing.</li><li>Keeping the front desk area, lobby and self service wash area clean and sanitized and prep tubs and rooms for next client as well as deep clean at end of shift.</li><li>Laundering of towels throughout the day.</li><li>Assuring pets safety and happiness</li><li>Perform quality assurance checks prior to presenting pets to their pet parents.</li></ul>REQUIREMENTS<ul><li>Must perform well in a high-energy, fast-paced environment and work well individually and in a team environment.</li><li>Must be able to multi task and manage time with or without supervision.</li><li>Smiling face! Attitude is most important in this role</li><li>Passion for animals</li><li>Confident handing dogs and cats of all sizes and temperament</li><li>Superior customer service skills (prompt, courteous, professional)</li><li>Professional and neat appearance in compliance with dress code</li><li>Must feel comfortable working in a loud environment</li><li>Reliable transportation</li><li>Willing to work two Saturdays per month</li><li>Ability to stand for 6-8 hour shifts as well as lift up to 50 pounds</li><li>Must be able to comfortable using and learning computer/ipad software</li><li>Cleaning is a Must!</li></ul>Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hourExpected hours: 9.0 &ndash; 24.0 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Employee discount</li></ul>Work Location: In person
