Our Plumbing Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

Plumbing Service technicians receive hourly pay between $25-$35 with bonus incentives. High performing technicians can average up to $45+ hourly income.

What You'll Do:
<ul><li>
Complete in-home plumbing service calls.
</li><li>Consistently represent themselves as a professional and &quot;industry knowledgeable&quot; which will in return lead to new referrals and repeat business!
</li><li>Establish customer rapport to sell the right products, provide the right service, and create that &quot;You're my go-to company&quot; relationship.
</li><li>Educate customers on their plumbing equipment</li><li>
Alway maintain a clean, organized job site and truck.</li><li>
Actively participate in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.</li></ul>

What You'll Need:
<ul><li>
Working Knowledge of Local Plumbing Codes</li><li>
Indiana Journeyman License (or Working to Obtain)</li><li>
Strong Desire to Grow and Develop into a Team Leader</li><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li></ul>

The Role

Our Electrical Service technicians diagnose and repair issues within each customer's home. Their priority is the customer, providing options and ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

Electrical Service technicians receive hourly pay between $25-$42 with bonus incentives. High performing technicians are earning over $100k.

What You'll Do
<ul><li>
Use their industry experience to read schematics, perform service installations, alterations, additions, and/or repair of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials and equipment within the residential electrical industry.</li><li>
Will establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that &quot;You're my go-to company&quot; relationship.</li><li>
Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.</li><li>
Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.</li></ul>

What You'll Need
<ul><li>
3+ Years Residential Industry Experience</li><li>
Journeyman/Residential/Master License is a Plus!</li><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li></ul>

The Role:

Our Drain technicians are on the front line of service in our customers' homes. They will conduct general maintenance calls, clearing drains, performing home evaluations, and making minor plumbing repairs. Our priority is the customer, ensuring a 5-star quality service with every interaction, every call, in every home.

What You'll Do
<ul><li>
Completes in-home drain cleaning, branch line jetting, cable work, minor plumbing repairs, and 360 whole home evaluations.</li><li>
Will establish customer rapport to offer the right solutions, provide the right service, and create that &quot;You're my go-to company&quot; relationship.</li><li>
Consistently represents themselves as a professional and &quot;industry knowledgeable&quot;.</li><li>
Educates customers on the importance of sewer repair and replacement.</li><li>
Always maintains a clean, organized job site and truck.</li><li>
Is excited to participate actively in all training exercises, morning meetings, and company events.</li></ul>

What You'll Need
<ul><li>
Knowledge of Local Plumbing Codes (Preferred)</li><li>
6+ Months of Previous Plumbing Experience is a plus!</li><li>
Jetter Experience is a plus!</li><li>
Ability to Make on the Job Decisions</li><li>
A Clean, Safe, Driving Record</li><li>
A Knack for Diffusing Messy Situations</li><li>
High School Diploma or GED</li></ul>
