 The Account Executive&rsquo;s role (Arabic speaker requirement) at Petrie PR&rsquo;s Dubai office is to&nbsp; assist and support the day to day running of client campaigns and the successful operation of&nbsp;the office.  In terms of your &ldquo;day to day&rdquo; duties specifically, you will be expected:
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 To undertake proactive media pitching to Dubai and GGC media targets
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with the Managing Director to coordinate executive interviews, media events and&nbsp;press conferences
 </li>
 <li>
 To help in the organisation of press functions and press trips
 </li>
 <li>
 To research any third party information on behalf of clients
 </li>
 <li>
 To help with ideas and information, contributing to the success and smooth running of&nbsp;the individual client campaigns
 </li>
 <li>
 To be responsible for the press cuttings resulting from our work for our clients&nbsp;
 </li>
 <li>
 To be responsible for the forward features planning and pitching on behalf of our clients
 </li>
 <li>
 To help distribute press releases on behalf of our clients
 </li>
 <li>
 To help compile and distribute monthly / quarterly reports on our activities for our clients
 </li>
 <li>
 To operate our filing systems
 </li>
 <li>
 To update press kits/press releases on behalf of our clients
 </li>
 <li>
 To be in charge of client images including distribution
 </li>
 <li>
 To be in charge of our stationery and brochure material on behalf of our clients, reordering as required
 </li>
 <li>
 To provide general research and administrative support including updates/maintenance of&nbsp;the GCC media database
 </li>
 <li>
 To undertake any other duties requested by the Managing Director
 </li>
