This role will support the design, implementation, analysis, and administration of HR policies, employee benefits, and total rewards strategies to attract, motivate, and retain top talent. The role ensures all reward practices are competitive, compliant, and aligned with company objectives, whilst maintaining a positive employee experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and proven experience working within total rewards or HR policy functions, preferably in an industrial or corporate environment.
 </p>
 Policy &amp; Total Rewards Duties &amp; Responsibilities
 <ul>
  <li>
   Support the development, interpretation, and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in line with current laws and company objectives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Administer and coordinate all total rewards programmes, including health &amp; wellness, retirement/pension plans, insurance, recognition, and compensation plans, ensuring ongoing compliance and competitive benchmarking.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with HR and business leaders to conduct job evaluations, market analyses, and salary reviews to recommend fair and competitive compensation structures.
  </li>
  <li>
   Assist in the annual reward cycle, including annual salary review, bonus, and incentive processes.
  </li>
  <li>
   Contribute to the review and implementation of employee benefits plans by evaluating effectiveness and analyzing workforce feedback to drive enhancements.
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide subject matter expertise and guidance on employee reward and recognition initiatives; respond to employee and management enquiries regarding policies and rewards.
  </li>
  <li>
   Prepare reward and policy documentation, internal communications, and training materials to support understanding and compliance across the organisation.
  </li>
  <li>
   Monitor changes in employment legislation, regulatory requirements, and best market practice to maintain legal compliance and recommend necessary policy updates.
  </li>

   Deliver regular reports and analytics related to compensation, benefits, and policy compliance as required by management.
  </li>

   Support HR projects and participate in cross-functional committees as assigned.

 </ul>
 Policy &amp; Total Rewards Required Skills &amp; Experience
 <ul>
  <li>
   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in human resources, Business Administration or a related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   Relevant professional certification in compensation, benefits, or HR policy is preferred (e.g., CIPD, SHRM -&nbsp;SCP or SPHR/GPHR).&nbsp;&nbsp;
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 12 years of experience in total rewards, compensation &amp; benefits, or HR policy, ideally within an industrial or large corporate setting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulatory compliance, and reward management best practices.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical and numerical skills, with experience of data analysis and compensation benchmarking methodologies.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven ability to develop and interpret policies and effectively communicate complex topics in a clear, concise manner.
  </li>
  <li>
   Advanced proficiency in MS Office applications; experience with HR information systems (e.g., SAP, Workday) is desirable.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to maintain confidentiality, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate strong attention to detail.
  </li>

   Conduct market benchmarking studies to ensure job roles and pay structures are aligned with industry standards and current market practice.

   Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures related to organisation management and job evaluation.

   Support the preparation of analytical reports, presentations, and documentation regarding organisational structure, job analysis findings, and recommendations.

 Essential Skills &amp; Experience for Organisation &amp; Job Analyst Roles

   Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  </li>
  <li>
   Relevant professional certifications in job evaluation, organisation design, or HR analytics (e.g., CIPD, Korn Ferry, Hay, Mercer) are highly desirable.
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum 5 years&rsquo; experience in job analysis, organisation development, or HR analytics, ideally in a large corporate or industrial setting.
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent analytical and research skills, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work with complex data sets.
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to interpret and apply employment legislation and best practices in job/organisation analysis.
