 Closely monitor and give feedback to learners/line management/sponsors on trainee performance and to identify and act immediately to mitigate failure and resolve potential failure cases through planned remedial actions

 Contribute to the evaluation, development and continuous improvement of technical courses within own discipline area, including teaching materials and related resources to meet trainee needs as expressed through feedback, client requests and ongoing needs analysis

JOB TITLE: ADMINISTRATION MANAGER 
State this is a contract residential role based in Abu Dhabi. 
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li> 
The Facilities and Administration Manager will be responsible for the overall management of EOG's office facilities.</li><li>
Managing vendor relationships.</li><li>
Oversight and coordination of all maintenance, repair and inspections for facilities.</li><li>
Management of new construction and renovation projects.</li><li>
Responsible for required reporting and department budget preparation.</li><li>
Coordination with Corporate Administration on corporate-wide purchasing agreements.</li></ul>
 Additionally, the selected candidate will oversee and work as part of facilities team responsible for:<ul><li>
Mail service - all inbound and outbound, sorting and delivery</li><li>
Office moves - coordination, scheduling, communication, churn reports, supplies, floor map updates, name plate installation</li><li>
Office supplies - inventory, ordering, distribution, stocking</li><li>
Office furniture - purchasing, installation, repair, lock repair, warranty coordination</li><li>
Conference room set-up, teardown</li><li>
Break room - inventory, ordering, stocking</li><li>
Fleet services - pool vehicle maintenance, repair, inspection and registration, cleaning, fleet tracking/reporting, maintenance of vehicle binder (insurance/safety forms/general info)</li><li>
Facilities Maintenance - carpets, lighting, furniture, office locks</li><li>
Division Review and Field Trip Coordination - catering, transportation, materials coordination</li><li>
Facilities related invoice auditing, tracking, coding, payments, past due tracking, budgets, cost analysis.</li></ul></div>
