   Responsible for the safe and efficient operations of all oil and gas facilities within the Ravva oil field concession.

   Ensure oil and gas production targets are achieved or improved
  </li>

   Ensure all maintenance is completed to plans and schedules
  </li>

   Set work priorities
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for long term planning, related to shutdowns
  </li>
  <li>
   Responsible for the creation of weekly and monthly reports
  </li>
  <li>
   Maintain the Asset Risk Register
  </li>
  <li>
   Provide technical and commercial support to team leaders
  </li>
  <li>
   Recommend performance improvements and review all MOC&rsquo;s
  </li>
  <li>
   Objectives / Responsibilities:
  </li>
  <li>
   Implement a programme that drives and monitors continuous improvement in safety and operations
  </li>
  <li>
   Full awareness of al OEM&rsquo;s, vendors and Sub-contractors&rsquo; contractual obligations
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead the weekly and monthly planning meetings
  </li>
  <li>
   Liaise regularly with Vedanta team on operations issues
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead in Emergency response as directed
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure a call-out system to support out of hours major process incident is in place and efficient
  </li>
  <li>
   Author the maintenance section in the weekly and monthly project reports
  </li>
  <li>
   Work with the CMMS Engineer to ensure that maintenance routines are accurate and justified
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure CMMS and all other data system that are in force with the production and maintenance teams are kept to a high standard
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead on incident investigation and make recommendations to prevent re-occurrence
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent knowledge of all risks and hazards associated with oil and gas operations
  </li>
  <li>
   Full awareness of all risks and hazards that are prevalent in Ravva Oil Field
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee all competency training as provided by local training team
  </li>
  <li>
   Oversee audit planning and contents of audits. Lead audit review meeting
  </li>
  <li>
   Be fully conversant with the technical documentation available from E &amp; C contractor and OEM&rsquo;s
  </li>
  <li>
   Layout reporting systems for Production and Maintenance Teams
  </li>
  <li>
   Ensure all technical documentation is review and updated/amended as necessary
  </li>
  <li>
   Review competency of senior team managers, carry out annual assessments and reviews
  </li>
  <li>
   Be conversant with project KPI&rsquo;s and support their delivery and attainment at all times
  </li>
  <li>
   Have in-depth knowledge of the project contract
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead or cooperate with; internal or external audits as directed
  </li>
  <li>
   Chair a weekly operations team meeting and maintain an action and minute log for discussion
  </li>
  <li>
   Compile or receive detailed written Handover prior to; and completion of leave and/or field breaks
  </li>
  <li>
   Have a full awareness of the Company Code of Conduct and Business Ethics.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong HSE awareness and fully conversant with HSE reporting system and Golden Rules
  </li>
  <li>

   Minimum Job Requirement
  </li>
  <li>
   Degree or equivalent in a compatible discipline to the role
  </li>
  <li>
   Minimum of 15 years&rsquo; experience in Oil and Gas refinery or offshore/onshore oil field in a similar role
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven leadership ability
  </li>
  <li>
   Can create systems that will ensure continuous improvement of operations
  </li>
  <li>
   Good knowledge of CMMS applications
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent HSE appreciation and awareness
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent negotiation skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent communication and presentation skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent written and oral English is essential, supported by good report writing
